Plot Ideas?

Postby Serpente Morsus on August 17th, 2011, 8:09 pm

So far I've been in threads that does not really have any major plotline. So for the soon to come fall I would like to have some bigger plotline started with my character, anyone got ideas or simply interested in participating? Offcourse the more people the more interesting it could become ^^ PM me if you're interested or got ideas, Pretty much anywhere works for me since my character is planning to leave Endrykas at the end of summer anyway.

Why not see what quests are in the offing? Two of my characters are in such story arcs.

Plot Ideas?

Postby Gossamer on August 18th, 2011, 8:09 pm

Here's my advice to you. Take those threads you have with 'no major plot' and inject and infuse them with color, vibrancy, and a whole ton of plot. That will make a lot of people want to thread with you and be active alongside your PC. It's never about the location where people are, its how they react to situations. A great many folks go to a place, think its boring, move on, think the next place is boring, move on again.... etc etc. The real issue isn't the place, its their pc and what they are doing with it. You have the power to make any place you are in interesting and vibrant. You just need to turn your ho-hum social threads into something amazing, infuse some action, and run with them.

Asking for plot ideas is okay... but how about you give US some plot suggestions and ask us what we think of them instead?
