Tournament Anyone?

Zlakalia is interested in the Tournament, but probably more from a spectator's point of view. Unless Shale is interested in using her Hypnotism to excite the crowd, but I don't know how sneaky he is. I could also make her a combatant if I put her in one of her bloodletting moods, but she'd not care about the payment as much as the harm. I love this idea btw, Fallacy!

My Tournament is slowly coming together and I am still looking for more contestants for those who are interested. Expect to see a thread with rules and conditions of joining the tournament soon along with a 'head count' thread so I KNOW who all is going to be there for sure.

Spoiler warning, but to enter the tournament to fight... its not going to be free. There will be an entrance fee of 10 GM per fighter.

Shale has to have a way to supply prize money

If all goes well with this I might make this an annual or even seasonal event.

Also for all of those interested in just watching the fight: If you pay the gold for front row seats (5 GM) you will be able to throw rocks, rotten tomatoes, and other things I have yet to think of at those fighting. So the crowd could even shift the fight in someones favor

Much as I'd love to participate I don't know if I can get Tessa to Alvadas in the Fall, and I've no good reason for why she'd participate, or want anything to do with the tournament

The Tournament Sign Up thread is up so I can have a official number of who all is participating for sure. The sign up takes place on the 25th with the tournament beginning at the 30th. IRL the sign up thread will remain open until the 12th of September and the tournament beginning on the 22nd.

Also Rules and Conditions is also up. PLEASE anyone interested in the tournament look it over and read. Feel free to post in there with any questions, comments, or concerns with this tournament. I will answer anything as quick as possible.

This question also came up in chat. So Im going to answer it now.

A person asked me if they should post in the entry thread if they want front row seats. The answer is no, the sign up thread is only for fighters and healers. If you wish to be in the crowd post in the thread of the fight as a spectator and deduct the miza amount from your ledger. Its that simple.

This is an absolutely wonderful idea! If Whisper wasn't so tied up in Ravok, she'd try to make it if she could only watch.

Maybe make it an annual thing? Or bi-annual?

Depending on how it goes I plan to have a tournament every other season. So if this one is going in Fall, the next one will be in Spring

So yea, bi-annual depending on how this tournament goes. I hope it goes well and Im glad that it got such a great response by the player base!
