Just a few of my personal rules as it were when working, talking and just interacting with me, I am not trying to be pretentious but you know;
-General respect as is expected but you don't respect me and I sure as hell won't respect you but I will be polite and civil, if you cannot do the same do not even bother talking to me.
-Confront me in a civilized intelligent way, I will not even respond to you in most cases if you are brash and confrontational
-Please please please give me criticism about my writing, I love it and I love to improve. But if you are going to give me what I call a sh*t sandwich, 2 parts good and one part bad. That way it remains constructive and well just helpful for the most part.
-If you are going to thread with me I can be a bit of a slave driver, I can be impatient and I am sorry, just tell me to bugger off and leave you alone. I don't do it intentionally and feel free to pester me for replies but if I say I do not have my muse, inspiration or similar things. Just try and jostle it out of me please, understand I write from the heart. It is not my intention to be hypocritical.
