A Hunting we will Go! [Kharasa]

2nd of Spring, 512 AV Zevander leant against the wall outside his Lady Kharasa's rooms. Thankfully the hall was empty and he didn't have to bother himself with keeping an eye on every person whom crossed his path or approached to close to his Lady's door. Kharasa had already taught him that it was unacceptable to chase away each and every maid or servant that imposed on what he considered to be his territory, but he knew he would ignore her advice if he believed her to be in danger. Yawning he leant his head back against the wall. He wore only his most simple clothes; a lose shirt and a simple pair of pants. He had put his shoes on but he loath to lace them up, the tight constricted feeling they gave him was not just irritating, but maddening. His need to hunt was frustrating as well. He had as much fresh meat here as he could wish for, but unlike the other dogs that lived in the East Winds House meat without a hunt was of no interest to him. Why should he eat something he did not catch himself!? He was no second-rate pack member, he did not others eat and take what they wanted before he was allowed his meal. The Lady Kharasa had promised him she would take him somewhere he could hunt, so that he could take his meal. The mutts of East Wind could take what they wanted when he was finished with his kill, and if any of them so much as sniffed the carcass before he was finished he would make them into his next meal.
