Ravok had settled into the Ravokian city life fairly quickly after arriving twelve days ago. It was a sunny afternoon as the radiant lights of the sun touched the skin with care that was met with a polite breeze. Temperatures turning to perfection when met with the coolness of the water. People were out simply living their lives which meant it was the opportune time to make a little money.

Observing his surroundings it was clear the city would survive past the damages done during the previous storm. With mandolin in hand he played gentle songs for fellow passengers who boarded the same boat with him. It was slow going as Raylan shared a optimistic look with the pilot whom he suddenly had become friends with. “The day is still long and I believe there are still opportunities to be had. “ Saying a small farewell, he departed from the Ravosala to try his luck along the small bridges the city had to offer.

Raylan found himself slowly strolling along a bridged path slightly busy with people talking, thought not crowded, he did enjoy seeing people enjoy themselves. Finding himself amidst a group of people each completely different a low each snacking on small pastries being sold at a near bakery by the bridge. A soft hum slipped from his throat as an idea began to formulate in the Minstrels mind. Raylan began to circle the women as his fingers strung together a song gleeful sound along the mandolin. Out of all the people in the crowd he focused on one female(Arundhati) to serenade her with sound.

It Might Get Loud [Arundhati]

She wasn't here for much. She attempted to stay casually in the background, only observing how everyone acted so that she could apply it to her life. Many were eating sweets, and from the corner of her eye she could see young girls casually flirting with anyone that caught their eye, movements accented by a swish of their long hair. All the girls seemed to have long hair. Long, hanging down to their waist and even past that, as if they'd never heard of a haircut before. Perhaps they thought it upped their sex appeal. Personally, she preferred her hair cut short. Not that is made her look any better, but it was much easier to take care of than the long locks she had sported when she was a child.

It was then that someone she had never known, nor had she ever seen before, decided to circle around her, instrument in hand. So much for standing in the background. If he expected her to pay him, he was out of luck. He wouldn't get a copper miza out of her pocket, no matter how well he played. She didn't bring this upon her self, he just appeared.

She smiled; she loved music, despite her social awkwardness at the situation. It seemed to be the right thing to do. The song was happy, almost sounding like a dance. He seemed to be playing it for her, as if out of the entire crowd, she was the most worthy of a song.

"Who are you?"
