While Sylira is by far the most civilized region of Mizahar, countless surprises and encounters await the traveler in its rural wilderness. Called the Wildlands, Syliran's wilderness is comprised of gradual rolling hills in the south that become deep wilderness in the north. Ruins abound throughout the wildlands, and only the well-marked roads are safe.

The spirit saw this as an opportunity to obtain some soulmist and replenish his strength though it had only diminished a little, it was enough to gain his attention, he wanted to be at full strength at all times in case some fool would try to imprison him which would most likely be the end of him, if that individual succeeds. Noaru knew what he was dealing with a spiritist and these individuals were both helpful sources of soulmist and formidable foes, he thought of a clever way to use this foolish soul for his own gain. The spirit focuses, allowing his power to flow, his willingness for it to become visible and solid was strong; soulmist that swirled around him reacted to his will, allowing him to become visible.

“ Ye...Yes, I'am the ghost that has been wandering these lands. I was searching for something, its of utter importance to me! I must find it before I can reincarnate in peace.”

The facade of a simple ghost... Noaru obviously planned to use the ''helpless and lost ghost'' trick to lure the young human closer and slowly breakdown his suspicions of him, it wasn't a completely original idea but it was effective, if you knew how to and when to use the ''helplessness''. The spirit's appearance changed only slightly, he looked more human than his usual self, allowing his facial features to be hidden as he focused less on actually becoming solid but more transparent—this would allow his appearance to be distorted some.

Oh come on! I finally get to meet you and you say something like this? Uhh... Um... I don't know, if I can trust you.

“ Bu.. BUT YOU MUST HELP ME!!! I have to find it, my precious thing!.”

Noaru turned and gestured towards his young companion who was hiding, he wanted her to manifest and help him into persuading this young man into ''helping'' him.

The girl waited what's gonna happen. She saw the spiritist is so close to Noaru. Isn't that dangerous? She thought so but then she saw that Noaru was talking to him. That spirit asked for help. It is obvious it's a trap. Elaine became more curious now. She saw how Noaru turned to human who wanted help and showed no harm. Now spirtist need some "inspiration". Elaine became visible and she formed herself to be a young little, sad girl who was last. She cried and cried and wiped the "tears" with her hand.

"We.. we completly lost, we can't reincarnate,I'm scared to reincarnate."

Not the best act from her, but that should do it. Elaine still "cried" while that she went closer to Noaru. Now she felt something strange. She actually had fun to make a fool this young man. She really wanted him to suffer. Something went through Elaine and even she didn't know what, she just knew she have to kill this human. She kneed down and cried next to Noaru. Yeah Elaine need some lesson for acting, she wasn't really good at show real feelings, nor in alive, nor in death. She hoped this young one was actually blinded by her little girl apperance. She waited and hoped Noaru will do something now against him.

Whatever, just follow me...

The young man picked up his weapon from the ground and hoisted it upon his left shoulder, his right hand was placed into his pocket and he walked away from the two spirits. A man who was little on words but big in his actions, he gestured the two ghosts to follow him while moving on along the tall grass-field. Noaru was surprised with the young mans actions, they were to dull and boring, he wanted at least something more dramatic to happen maybe a bit more resistance in accepting two strange ghosts. The spirit thought that maybe something was up that the spiritist was luring them into a trap of some sort or maybe... they were the true targets here.

“Whe...Where are you taking us?”

You don't have to follow me if you don't trust me...

The young mans sassy remark annoyed Noaru, he didn't like someone sassing him but time had taught him patience and that when the time came, he would return that bite back to the human one-hundred fold! Noaru would have to change his plans from offensive to defensive, he would have to devise a plan, he observed the area in order to remember every subtle detail of it ; he never knew when he would find something irregular such as traps or camouflaged enemies. The things Noaru thought about could possibly happen, traps and such, he just didn't want to be caught off guard and experience the pain of having his soulmist torn off.

Elaine stopped the crying and looked up to the man.

"How can we trust you? And why can't you help us here? Are you weak alone?"

She whispered. She knew if they follow that boy someone thing bad could happen. Can't trust and depend on humans. They are all tricky and they are all lieing. Elaine guessed that the other spirit didn't believe him either. The girl however went bit too far by saying "weak alone". That will totally hit the young man's pride. Elaine knew it. She felt that anger as well, when Alfred made fun of her and the women. One of the human's sins: Pride. Envy, wrath, lust, greed, lies, pride and so on. These sins, what human's created. She tried to not think about these mortal's sins and concrate to her apperance. She stood up, and went behind the man spirit. She tried to show an innocent, frightened girl face. Who knew I should learn some acting? But I will definitely be better and better, she thought. Now she hoped something interesting happened, she felt so ready for this. But she was weak. She's a newbie. She needed to learn, she had to watch someone to learn. She felt lucky now, that she found another more experienced soul.

Huh... What are you going on about ghost?

The young man turned to face Elaine, he was confused at the question she asked but this was due to him not paying full attention to the things around him: a man often lost in thought, he didn't really bother to listen to folk much, his problem was that his mind was to occupied, thinking of various possibilities and paths he could take in his life. The young man raised his right eye brow in a you-talkin-to-me fashion almost as if he was assuming that the young female ghost had told him something he didn't like. He gradually didn't worry about what Elaine had said, rudely walking away from her as he continued his path, continuing on with his day-dreams.

“P...Pardon my young companion here, she means no harm but I would really like to know where exactly you are taking us.”

Huh... Oh, your talking now? Well, we are going to my hom-

A arrow pierces the left side of Arron's neck, it travels in the way through and protrudes through the right side of his neck! The young man stumbles to both of his knees and tries to pull the arrow out but another arrow strikes him in the left kidney then in the left portion of his ribs cage, forcing him to the ground... unbearable pain. Noaru immediately vanishes, turning invisible and concealing his presence, he couldn't see or pick up anybodies presence around him and assumed that the enemy must be attacking from long range but he was wrong as the enemy was much closer than he thought.

She knew that will hit his pride. All humans are the same. They are all the same. Now moving along with him, that won't do anything good. Whats in the older spirit's mind? Elaine followed them and looked at the spiritist. Her anger grew and her soulmist became... cloudy. Where could he possible bring them? She didn't know and when she could suddenly the spiritist died. Arrow in the neck. Elaine first didn't know what happened. She just saw the young man fell down on the grass and not moving anymore. Dead. Now fewer human. But there was no time, she became invisible after the other spirit.

That arrow was coming from short distance. He was close. Elaine thought He could be sniper. But he must knew that a spiritist is there. he knew about him. The young ghost paid attention around her. She heared his steps. he was here and she was sure about he saw the two "miserable" ghost with the man. he could be after them. Elaine didn't know if she should worry and at that moment the sun disappeared. The brightness gone, darkness came to its place. The dark clouds scared away the shiney sun. She wanted end this quick now. Her anger grew and grew and bloomed. he arrived and looked around. Elaine now watched whats his plan and whats her ally's plan.

“There will now be another change in plans.”

Noaru was starting to become disgusted with the constant interruptions, things constantly ruining or causing changes in his plans frustrated him but some usually the strangest on kinds end up being in his favor maybe even changing the situation into an event far more exciting than he was anticipating. The spirit waited patiently, wanting to know who this stealthy assailant was who was capable of hitting and stealing away his victim. Noaru looked to the ground while invisible and remaining in silence, he could see his former human target bleeding profusely... breathe leaving his body. He felt a little sorry for him, being so young, he probably had some many dreams and goals he wanted to fulfill but fate... was so unkind.

......

Jake thought silently to himself wondering if this is the way he perishes from this world, he was always an aloof individual, always daydreaming and lost within his thoughts but that day came when he took an interest in spiritism and vowed to aid those souls lost and confounded by greed and vengeance, he just wanted to help them with no selfish-personal reason of his own... he just wanted to help someone for once. Noaru didn't see or feel any animosity within Jake and he hated it! He didn't like those types who are truly indifferent, they weren't easily to manipulate and lack all qualities that would allow him to posses them effectively.

I've always hated you...

A voice said from the tall grass; obviously, the person who attacked Jake did not want him to see their face. The person was probably feeling guilty for what they've done or was aware that there were two ghosts lingering around and was being cautious about making their full appearance known in fear that the ghosts mite be under Jake's control and he could command them to attack and then things will become complicated.

Death... He will choose to reincarnate, it's obvious. Elaine looked at the person who killed him. he had a satisfied smile on his face but it's turned into worry and madness. This man saw the two ghost with Jake. He stepped two step back from the body. Cowards! thought the young ghost and wanted to do something now. She never guessed that she will meet another ghost nor she will find a human and see some action. She felt, her mate possessed the body. Elaine couldn't resist she had to do something, her madness grew.

But at the end, she did nothing. She had to believe the other spirit will come up with something. Elaine stayed in her invisible form and tried to control herself. It"s so hard, there was a chance but she couldn't. She could but it wouldn't be wise from her. At least she could learn.

OOC:
Secret :
There's only one person who's nearly killed Jake in this story, there are no other people.

“I have to say... I'm astonished at your honesty.”

Noaru reappeared into view, he was intrigued at the cold honesty in this figures voice, it sounds like a man so he figured it to be so. Noaru stepped next to the body of Jake still breathing surprisingly when he should be dead, it seems that the wounded through the neck missed a vital area or maybe it was vital and the supposed human named Jake wasn't human but maybe something else? Noaru scrutinized Jake and noticed subtle details about him, bruises were visible on his arms that were extremely grotesque and purplish-black in color. The spirit thought that this mite be signs of some sort of sickness maybe he was afflicted by some kind of disease? The spirit had so many questions that were only answered by questions.

Tch... To think that you would be right, it is true I'am not human.

Jake stands to his feet, seemingly unimpaired by the arrows protruding from his body, he pulls out the first arrow then the others and stands upright as if UN-phased by the damage he had received before. The young man turned and faced Noaru, staring towards him with an indifferent gaze, he turned and faced the tall passage of grass and grinned slightly as if he knew who was hiding in the tall thicket of grass. Jake lets out a big chuckle as he just stands with a triumphant face, he had deceived whoever it was and even Noaru into believing that he was going to die... what a strange fellow.

Why do you always stand.... WHY!?

A figure erupts from the grass, holding a battle axe high into the air but trips and falls before any action could be performed! Noaru and Jake just stare blankly at the figure wearing a full body cloak, it was incredibly awkward to see the person fall flat on their face and then lay on the ground motionless. The spirit just stared, everyone just seemed to stare to embarrassed to mention anything.

Elaine suprised. The man was still breathing. He was even standing. What was he if not human. So much thing happened in a little time and the young ghost just did nothing. Waste of time? Or what an excitement? She had lots of feeling. She looked at Noaru and turn visible. Her form was only a grey body. Couldn't see a real person in it. Her soulmist was cloudy. She went next to her "buddies". She looked at them then back to the man, who tried to kill Jake. Then the axe holder figure appeared. She couldn't tell who was he with a body cloak.

Judgement?

She whispered and shutted her mouth. She looked at that figure. She wanted to find out who was he or what was he. She didn't move, she still stared at him. She didn't want to admit it but she confused. She felt she had done nothing while so much thing happened. She didn't know what to do. She now realized, she wasn't ready for the ghost life yet.
