Ra'Thun was stronger than Alex had anticipated. alex had gone for his customary three punch combo to the body, then a roundhouse kick to the head. However, no sooner had Alex thrown the first punch, Ra'Thun had a firm grip on his arm, and proceeded to throw him over his shoulder. Alex landed in the street with a ear-shattering "crunch". He coughed, and spat up blood.
Alex regained his footing. He looked at his opponent with amazement. Alex was unable to read his movements, like he could with all the other men he had fought. Ra'Thun was something else. Ra'Thun must have sensed Alex's wondering, and broke out into laughter.
"I assume you want to know why you couldn't read my movements? It is because I posses the same ability, but far stronger than you. I have lived for decades, while you are still a child. You can never hope to best me. Give up now and I will spare your life."
Alex glared at him. There was no way that he was just going to give up and walk away, not after what this man had done to his family. He spat on the dirt, and ran at Ra'Thun again. However, instead of punching, he faked a right hook, twisted his body 180 degrees, and aimed a crescent kick at his head. Ra'Thun almost saw it coming, but the blow connected. Ra'Thun stumbled back a few steps, dazed. Alex smiled, he knew where his weak spot was. Ra'Thun stared at him.
"How? How did you hit me?"
You are too cocky. You should have spent more time training your skills in the Martial Arts, instead of relying on your power."
Alex charged once more, intending to finish off Ra'Thun once and for all. He moved with the speed and grace of a wolf on the hunt. Three punch combo to the body, roundhouse kick to the head, side kick to the thigh. Alex arms and legs were a blur as he pummeled Ra'Thun into the ground. Ra'Thun tried to block, but Alex was too fast. In a matter of minutes, Ra'thun was curled up in the fetal position, every pore on his body oozing blood.
Alex bent down, and yanked the necklace around Ra'Thun neck off of him. It was a gift, from his father to his mother. He secured it around his neck, and spat on Ra'Thun before delivering the killing blow. Alex lifted his boot above Ra'Thun's head, and brought it down hard. Ra'Thun shook with the force of the impact, then lay still.
Alex breathed a sigh of relief. He went back into the bar, paid for his drinks, gathered his scattered equipment, and began his long trek to the capital city of Syliras. He pondered making a life there, and possibly finding a master. Alex smiled as he left the city of Sunberth. His quest for vengeance, complete.

Fortune smiles upon the truthful. Everyone has secrets. It is when we share those secrets that we truly become human.
