Hello all, I'm old hat to post-based roleplay but new to Mizahar. I'm excited to get involved with this site, it looks very promising and interesting. Hope to meet some of you in character soon.

Welcome to Mizahar Woath! I'm always stoked when I see another Jamoura around. What drew you to the race, if you don't mind my asking? :)

Welcome to Mizahar.

Hopefully you'll find your time with us as fulfilling as the others have.

May great gambles and exploits guide your path.

Going Ape

Thanks for the welcomes.

Asha: After having a look around, usually the character I make for an rpg simply is what they are, whether that be a spell-slinging, sentient gorilla or a lady knight.

What I like about the Jamoura is that there is a depth and contrast to their experience. While they're arguably the physically strongest and toughest race available, the write-up paints them for the most part as non-violent and dedicated to peaceful pursuit of knowledge and the good life. The fact that there are exceptions to this rule and that a good Jamoura could go bad, pretty much sold me. That's not where the fascination ends, though. There's so much to the race both written and unwritten that really draws me in. I'm looking forward to exploring it.
