The Diamond of Kalea is located on Kalea's extreme west coast and called as such because its completely made of a crystalline substance called Skyglass. Home of the Alvina of the Stars, cultural mecca of knowledge seekers, and rife with Ethaefal, this remote city shimmers with its own unique light.

Killian smiled at Tamsin and nodded.

"You make exactly as much sense as you should. I don't know much of your kind, but what you have told me is fascinating. We all want a purpose, a love, a guiding force in our lives. Finding our own purpose, I think, is the reason why each of exists."

Tamsin's cadence was unfamiliar yet distinctly lovely with it's delicate lilting tones and Killian tilted her head to one side to listen better. She liked the Eth's ideas of philosophy and the bit of insight to her unique kind.

"We might share a purpose with some, and still have our own direct goal that impels us to do more, be more, you know? If you could have the answer to any question in the world, what would it be?"

The woman stilled her limbs for a moment and closed her eyes to take a deep inhale and slower exhale. When she opened her ebony eyes again, they were calmer and a bit more centered. Her chin raised upwards as she tilted her face to the sky with open admiration.

Aiko laughed and answered Haeli,

"I've watched a couple painters, but I spend more time watching myself paint! Or at least I try to that is. You want to paint?" The dark haired woman tore her ebony gaze from the starlight to center on the golden haired woman beside her.

"I would love to have you paint with me sometime! We could use the--" She interrupted her own sentence when the last half of Haeli's comment finally sank in to her scatterbrained self. The dark haired beauty nodded vehemently in agreement.

"The priests believe they are inspired by the Gods themselves to paint and create the beautiful murals they do. A sort divine way of communicating and expressing themselves. Their gifts are truly inspiring!"

Answering without even the slightest of hesitation, she responded fervently, "Zintilla. I follow Zintilla with all my heart."

The simple and quiet gesture of the three women suddenly holding hands, brought comfort to Aiko and she smiled peacefully. Tamsin and Haeli were so unlike the usual type of people around here. They actually took the time to revel in nature and philosophy instead of the sword and the study. Two kind and thoughtful new friends.

She was used to her own independence despite her friendly nature. Now in a short chime she'd found not one, but two people she felt in her heart she could trust. They had after all, met beneath Zintilla's nighttime display and Aiko's intuition told her this would a life long friendship.

A disappointment that this thread ended early. To see the discussion on faith unfold further would have been really interesting. Please PM me if you have any questions or concerns.
