Today I was browsing along the Scrapbook section and found a DISC personality test that was done in quite a few 'books' So being the little scrap ninja I am, I decided to jump in the bad vagon and do it myself...yay! My Scrap book has been dying, due to me not being able [or not having the interest] to post anything. For days I have been trolled with all sorts of ways to make this work, but one of the ways, seemed to be actually, quite fun. Day 01 – The best book you read this year? I must confess, I haven’t been reading that much this year. It’s due to a series of hard events coming on me, like my own hospitalization, exams I had to get prepared to, multiple accidents that happened to myself or members of my family. None the less, I have managed to pick up a few books at the beginning of the year, and the best was by far: I must say I was surprised, at just how much I liked this. Because when I first picked the book up, I was sure it would be one of those angst filled romance things. And honestly, despite me writing Amelia with quite a bit of romance in it, I am not a huge fan of the gender. So yea, this book, however, didn’t come off to me as one that was sickly concentrated on the romance, despite it having the perfect grounds for it. The book revolved more about the heroines journey, her self-awareness and development…so yea…awesome read! Though, I wouldn’t say I recommend it to everyone, since not everyone likes Romance. But to the ones that do, this is the perfect cross between Mature and Romantic, without being cheesy and too “adult”. “Love is not the absence of logic but logic examined and recalculated heated and curved to fit inside the contours of the heart”

Day 02 – A book that you’ve read more than three times This was a question that required me some thinking, I have read a lot of books multiple times. While it seems funny to most, I think of it as re-watching a good movie. One time isn’t enough. After thinking it over a few times, I came to realize, that the book I have re-read most is probably Murder on the Orient Express This book has always made me think, probably about the way people think and their motives… "The murderer is with us… On this train now"

Day 03 – Your favorite series Ok, this is a though one. I have enjoyed more than one series of books in my short life, ranging from classics, to young adult, fantasy and all the way to young teen. My first thought was, how about Harry Potter? But after a thought or two, I realized, that it’s probably the only series I haven’t even picked up for a second time. After a bit more thinking, I decided that the best guess is….*epic Drum roll* The Vampire Chronicles These series have been with me, as the first ever vampire related books in my life. And I must say, I love vampires, but the vampires as they are portrayed in these series. Did I kill him or did I not kill him! What's your guess?

Day 04 – Favorite book of your favorite series I’m sort of cheating here, since I didn’t find the time to post yesterday. BUT I want to finish this exactly on date…meaning I will be posting 2 answers today…[the next one, after I answer to my current threads] [BLOOD & GOOLD] It wasn’t hard to choose one book amongst the rest, as this book was probably the most reviling. Somehow, this book made me feel most…touched. While I loved every single book of the series, this, the story of Marius, made my eyes open to many motives of more than just Marius himself [who happens to be my favorite character of the series] Probably, one of the few books, that actually made me feel the pain of the main character, feel his pain when he loses love, his thrill of power and even his pleasure. “Had I ever loved anyone more than I loved him? Had I ever revealed more of my soul to anyone than I had revealed to him? If my tears spilled now, he would see them. If I trembled now, he would know.”

Day 05 – A book that makes you happy So, as promised, to catch up, I am posting two answers this day! Yay for me And honestly, I couldn’t think of any books that make me feel happy, except for some child books. At the end, I decided to go around this question as ‘what book made you laugh AND is not a Disney story’ the result was: The Devil’s Dictionary I find it an easy and fun read, making you smile and finding it fun to come back once in a while [too bad I don’t own a copy though] “Love, n. – A temporary insanity curable by marriage.”
