Looking back Nari gave a surprise face at the news. “That's not right. I thought your kind were only able to- You can still sense him?” A sense of wonder and then of worry was seen on Nari before he looked back at Iosha. Something was on his mind on how about the Konti's gift but he guessed that it was only natural for him be slightly intimidated and awed at the same time. “Of course. You do that. I'm guessing won't need my help.” he muttered focused on what the Konti found. Blinking twice it took Nari a second to answer back. “We weren't too sure. When Cait and I tried to figure it out all we could do was speculate. Cait thought that he might have been poisoned somehow but I, myself, thought it the deed was done more discretely. What better place to kill a man quietly when he's at his bed?” Rasping his hand on the wall Nari tried to hide a grin before he finally pumped his arm in suddenly. “I knew it. Cait did not believe me but I know how he died. Looks like we were closer to the case then we first thought” Nari said with a curious expression. It was an odd feeling to be right about something so wrong, still the Endal would claim his victory. “That bastard is close. I just know it. You are getting closer then you think.” Vision A normal day at the market though that was not necessarily bad. For a trader Avora Vrosh was making the most money he has made since he worked as a young Yasi. “Scrolls from Zeltiva and othere cities from the East, fine pelts from the more elusive creatures from the Taldera region, and even a new type of dye they make in Denval.” the merchant cried out for seemed like an eternity. However today he would not lose his vigor, after getting his fortune told and his spirit attuned at the temple he felt as if the world around him was at his beck and call. Flash forward to his home. His own personal sanctuary now. Vrosh recently had his former roommate leave though she still left some of her stuff behind. Hearing a knock on his door he opened the door expecting her to finally pick up her stuff and go. It was not her. Smiling suddenly at the sight of another. The face was blurred from his memory but somehow Vrosh knew felt he knew the stranger. It was someone he has seen only a few times but has done so much for already. “Your happy to see me.” the stranger said. It was not a question but the stranger already knew how he would react. “Of course. It's been too long. I wasn't expecting you.” Then something unexpected happened, though not bad at all. It was if your minds were connected somehow, both on the same wavelength only a thought and they would understand each other. Somehow though it felt that you weren't you, how odd. It was even better then you remembered last time, the feeling was more potent and this person smelled so familiar. “Now I want you to do something for me Vrosh.” You watched as Vrosh nodded his head slowly smiling slightly before finally relaying orders. “Now if you remember someone left something here for you. Do you remember that?” Unsure of what the object was for a moment a slight flash of inspiration told Vrosh exactly it was. Seeing this you smiled knowingly as you continued your quarry. “I assume you have already sent them off to the people I asked? Excellent! Your work here is done. Just one thing though. Listen carefully now. I just have one more task to ask of you. Oh and while your doing we do it I want you to be happy. Think you can do that for me dear?” His task at hand Vrosh gave a winning smile to his guest before he set out to work. “Oh dear I also want you naked for this. Just for laughs” Laughing heartily the merchant stripped down to his birthday suit before you. “It's cold” he shivered waiting for your reaction. “Oh my dear you won't have to worry about that for long. Don't forget to smile dear. Smile big and wide.” Vrosh finished his task as his guest watched. It was hard long work but he managed not to drop anything on the floor. “Well done dear.” It sounded like you almost hopped in joy of the news. Though you were still not done with him. “Now that your covered in the dye I have a little request for you. My naughty little trader.” What you whispered to him was almost indecipherable but somehow he knew exactly what you said. Now all there was to do was wait. Watch him closely and curiously until it hit him. Seizing violently for only a moment Vrosh broke free just in time to realize he was dead. The link between the two was now starting to get severed but there were still traces of him being connected with his killer. A job well done. The first of many then all I have to do is disappear after winter. Space them out two weeks from each other for the first few? Yes and then speed it up and finish it fast before anyone realizes what's going on. I'm afraid this might be too easy, no mere Endal can keep up with me. Back in the room However Iosha was not paying him any heed Nari soon realized. The Endal was surprised and slightly disappointed that the Konti did not hear his rant. Still looking over at Iosha it looked like she was possessed to the Endal. Similar to the spiritistic trace Whisper does at the temple Nari thought as he started to continuously prod Iosha with his finger. “Iosha? Dear? Do you hear me? I'm starting to get worried. I might have to do more drastic things.” oocIf your confused at all just pm me. Though I'm sure you decifered that you were able to tap into the killer's perspective while watching Vrosh's. Oh and please tell me if I did something wrong with the Divination I don't mind reworking it. |
