But it is a great letdown to discover the book is a copy-paste of the wiki on the site (at least according to what the Amazon preview shows)... I hope subsequent editions will feature exclusive content or at least alternate writing/structure to make it handier as well as more special -- maybe hardback would be cool --, because unless any of that happens, I'm very unlikely to buy them (but then again, I might).

I think you totally and entirely miss the point of the book.
As far as I can tell you've been on site for less than two weeks, whereas many of us have been around for a year upwards. We've dipped in and out of Miza's lore for a long time, while playing, reading, immersing ourselves in the site and its world. I think it would be difficult for you to understand the joy we feel holding that lore in a permanent, paper form, we can take anywhere and read to our hearts content. It's not about "exclusive" content, it's about exclusive awe for our players (and for the Founders who wrote that content initially to see it in a published, printed book.)
Your comments come from the point of view of someone who hasn't even seen the site grow (12 days isn't a long time) so perhaps reserve judgement a little, yeah?
