No denial of approval is ever final. When people take the time to work up a monster for the wiki, there's always a way to make it original and get it approved to become part of Mizahar's Canon. However, that being said, developers must be open to suggestions and discussion. When a thread degrades to an argument, we typically close and lock it. When the parties involved have calmed down and wish further discussion to resolve issues, we can reopen the thread for further development.
