Hey, hey, hey! The part of my brain that's in charge my behavior on the internet prevents me from sharing my real name with all you strange middle-aged men(?), but you can call me Prid! I enjoy talking about myself and collecting dusty cardboard boxes that I find in shady-looking alleyways.

Last time I tried any serious forum-based roleplays was about two or three years ago. Since then, I've given up trying to impress folks with pretentiously big vocabulary words and have resigned myself to writing the same way I speak. That is to say, most of my posts on here will be at about a ninth-grade vocabulary level 'cause I'm too lazy (typing "thesaurus.com" is a lot of work, 'kay?) to think of big, fancy words that I can use to confuse people.

I'm near the end of my school year right now, so it might take me a while throw together some info into a relatively crappy character sheet that I'll probably be too lazy to improve upon, but I'll definitely try! I promise to be on at least once a day when summertime rolls around, if I'm not too busy getting sun in my retinas or sand in my unmentionable places.

On a side note, I've only read about 35% of the lore and stuff, which is much more than I thought I'd ever get to. I'm just gonna learn as I go (wing it!) 'cause that's how I roooooll.

Haha thanks! I must admit I was in a bit of a sarcastic mood when I started my intro... reading it now just feels wierd to me!
I guess I found something really enticing in playing as a giant ape. Honestly, I was surprised to find that they're not RP'd very much, but it really does appeal to my tiny inner hipster! I look forward to seeing how he develops as a character along with everybody else's PC's :)

Anyway, big hugs for the Ape. I find it interesting that you have chosen to RP an over sized Ape with your obvious talent for drawing attention to yourself.

I always love to meet a fellow person who loves to talk about themselves. An actual conversation between us would be highly amusing.

Thank you, thank you! My parents are from the northwest, so I'm naturally very sarcastic in person, though I've had to teach myself to tone it down in my writing. It's easy to offend people when they can't hear your tone of voice. And other times it's easier to offend them if they can. Either way, I'm glad you noticed!

Aha, I'm actually very self-conscious of how much I turn the conversation towards me, myself, and I. Not that I let it stop me from doing so, obviously! I suppose a lengthy conversation between the two of us might lead to us swapping life stories or sumthin'.

PS. Wish I could meet your Michigan friend. Sounds like one awesome guy.
