Date: 20th of summer 513

Kira took pride in his recent accomplishments. He loved his job even more than he loved his hobbies. He normally was not out at this time of day but he didn't really want to stay in the house today. The sun was high in the sky and Kira absolutely loved the guzzling hum-bud of humans all walking through the streets. So many possibilities to cause chaos. Not enough time. No...there was never enough time. People were so amusing to today he figured he would just watch and see how humans went about the average day. Its been a while since he actually just sat back and observed things.

Kira wore his fur coat and grey pants. His black dress shoes added a one of a kind look to him and his style. His black bangs hung over one side of his face and his crimson eyes scanned the area for something that may catch his interest. But after a while of looking around he didn't see to much going on. Just humans walking in different directions. Some of them buying things and others simply just talking. Kira frowned. Was there nothing to do in this damn city?

Just then, as if to contradict his thoughts a sudden crowd began to gather. Instantly he was grabbed by the sudden change in motion and also walked were the crowd gathered. He couldn't see what all the commotion was about because so many people blocked the way but he could hear just fine. Or at least some of it. All he could make out was about three girls voices talking loudly. And it most certainly did not sound very friendly.

Arieli was just walking down the street as she usually did every morning. She looked up at the white sun above her and shielded her eyes. She stopped and opened her mouth a slight bit, not enough for someone to see her fangs that hung from her top and bottom teeth, but enough so she could smell the air better. This was how she got to know what was happening around her.

She felt a slight disturbance in the environment around her and she couldn't put her paw.. er... finger on it. She had trouble fitting in with the human crowd. They never knew she was a Kelvic, but they just hated her. Maybe they sensed what she was. She felt herself being bumped around by the huge crowd of people around her as she stood still and they moved. She felt hands on her scrawny back and she was shoved to the hard ground below her.

She moaned as she put her hands down and tried to pull herself up. Before she knew it there was a foot on her back. She looked up to see two teenage girls before her and probably one behind her. They were smiling and laughing and they had their hands on their hips. " Don't you see there's a moving crowd? Or do you think You're better than all of us?" A blonde haired girl asked and the one behind me grabbed me by the collar on my black coat and yanked up.

I huffed as the air was thrown from inside my windpipe and into the atmosphere around me. I looked at them and then the crowd that was around us. Wasn't one of them going to help!? What was with these humans? Didn't they have somewhere to be, or was I imagining them all running down the street quickly to get to where they were going?

Kira was so curious as the crowd all chattered amongst each other and pointed. Laughing as if there was a good joke being told. A joke Kira didn't know about? Not in a hundred years. Maybe two would be good. Deciding to get in closer to see what all of the fun was about he moved through the crowd like a leaf against the wind. Sewing his way through the bunched up bodies and pushed his way to the very front. But when he got to were he wanted to be his smile turned to a grim smirk when he witnessed the disrespect before him. Three girls...bullying a young...human? Kira looked closer and saw a tail swaying from behind her and the ears of a canine. Kiras grin turned to a smile. "Ohhh a Kelvic. Haven't sssseen one of thosse in a while." Kira said to himself. Deciding to take a step forward Kira chuckled. 'Do all these humans have to be so cruel? I swear as much as i love humanity they are so ignorant. Bullying is so low.' He thought disappointed. Stepping out from the crowd and into the opening. Kira was behind the girls as they suddenly started making fun of the Kelvic and started choking her.

Kira smiled and took a few more steps forward. One of the girls had red hair, she was the one doing the teasing while the other one was choking her. The other one was a blond wearing what looked like a uniform. The third girl had black hair and was just snickering like a fool. Kira sighed and put his hands into his pockets. His body posture was relaxed and calm as he spoke up.

"Ahem..." Kira said loud enough for everyone to hear. The girls all turned around and the one choking her seemed to stop adding pressure and turned her head to face Kira. One of them spoke up.

"What do you want?" The red head snapped. Kira closed his eyes and smiled. Deciding to play a little game. Now this was entertainment.

"Bullying is lame...itsss pathetic really." Kira began. The three girls were not fully focused on him as they balled their fist. The red head pointed at him. "What are you like thirty? Get lost." She snapped. Trying to make fun of his age? Kira looked about seventeen he had no idea were thirty came from.Kira put his head down with a sly grin.

"Lisssten. Itss not my problem if you lovely ladiess get pummeled to death and die. I can knock your teeth clean down your throat or you can bag on my age when i am only sssseventeen. I dont care. Your in a classss sso beneath me it dosssent even matter. After all human beings are weak thingss. But beating up chicksss issint really my ssssshtick." Kira explained cooly, confidently, and charmingly. Sounding nonchalant as he ranted them. "Ssso i guess the next besst thing for me to do," Kira lifted his head and took a hand out of his pocket. He spied a valuable looking necklace on the red heads neck and she was also carrying a book. Kira smiled and snatched both of the objects. First taking the necklace from her neck. Then taking the book and throwing it into the crowd behind him just by tossing his arm back. They both gasped and snarled at him. "Give that back that was my mothers!" She shrieked. Kira however held the necklace up and smiled. "Iss ssstep on your precioussss necklacsse."

Kira dropped the necklace and lifted his foot. And suddenly he sarted stomping on the large golden necklace. Lifting his foot and stepping on it again and again and again and again for about three minutes. Everyone in the crowd went silent as the girls all stared at him wide eyed as if he were insane. Kira however was having the time of his life. Once he started stepping on the necklace he was laughing like a lunatic. Until right as he was about to step on it again his foot paused about an inch above the necklace as he stopped laughing and frowned. "And now im bored...oh well. Ill sssmash some of your sssstuff later." Kira sighed. Kicking the now bent and broken necklace at the girl and smiling at them.

Arieli was in deep pain as the girls kicked and punched at her. There was nothing to do. If she turned into the true Kelvic she was, the crowd would all gang up on her. She was glad her brown cloak was covering her dark blonde tail. If they knew she was a Kelvic.. She would already be dead.

She looked up with her light green, canine eyes and saw a man walk forward.. no, a teen boy. She lifted her head and saw his black hair stand out above the humans. She looked closer and saw his red, crimson eyes had small slits in them. He must be a Dhani. She thought to herself as a small smile made the sides of her pink lips rise. She looked up at him, knowing he would win the fight. She had heard great things about Dhani's.

She watched as he effortlessly snatched the girl's necklace and book and threw the book behind him with ease. She looked past him and saw a man catch it like it weighted nothing. She smirked and knew the humans were on his side. Well, on Arieli's side too. She watched him smash the necklace and heard a few gasps from the crowd and soft murmurs, but then, a few people clapping turned into the whole bundle of people clapping and cheering him on. She kew it was over for these girls

The one with the red hair was crying terribly, cupping her hand over her face as she grabbed the necklace and ran off, shoving though the crowd. Arieli was too weak to get up, she thought she may have broken a rib or two. Their shoes must have been steel toed because it was rough. She coughed, but eventually got up and looked at the man that helped her out

" Wow. Thanks mister" She said and brushed her shirt off. She looked around as the crowd had left mostly and only saw 10 or 15 people left. She saw people smiling and one man said " She deserved it" to his wife and they walked along, holding their new born baby in their arms and smiling happily.

Kira had barely noticed the approval of the humans behind him as he put these pathetic humans in their place. Honestly when they started to cheer and clap Kira pretended not to even notice. He didn't need their applause...but...maybe this wasent so bad. Actually...being favored from the crowd could very well help him in several things. Kira smiled. Satisfied with the girls reaction as they started to cry and run off. "Well that was a lot more easseir than i thought..." Kira commented. Hands still in his pocket Kira walked over to the women and grinned at her slyly. "Well...that looked like fun." He teased.

The Kelvic stood, brushing herself off Kira studied her for a moment before lifting his hands and making L shapes with his fingers. Putting them together and pointing his hands at her as if to put her in a picture frame Kira closed one eyes and hummed. "Ahh, Kelvic...probably three yearss of age...im asssssuming sssome kind of canine yess?" Kira asked. "Mmmmm, beautiful as well. They were just haterss. Haterss gotta hate on ssssomeone right?" He teased.

Arieli looked up the the man and said " Very fun" she rolled her eyes and then looked at him. She listened to the soft words he spoke which had the outstanding
s' in his words. She looked at him " 4 years actually. and Yes, I'm a wolf" She said, speaking softly. Not wanting anyone to hear what she was saying. If a human found out, bye-bye Arieli. She looked at him, them being the same height she said " Lets go somewhere private.. I can't have them hearing" She said and shifted on her feet.

She looked around as the crowd around them was moving again, always in some kind of hurry like their lives depended on getting there in 10 seconds. She huffed and crossed hr arms over her chest. " I suppose you're a Dhani... A snake boy. I can tell.. You must be what, 15?" She asked him. and looked into his crimson eyes.

Kira chuckled when she rolled her eyes. At this Rate Kira might of just made a new ally. This Kelvic was relatively old in a way. As far as he knew canine Kelvic only lived to be so old. Honestly he found it slightly ironic. Whe was only about four years of age and looked like she was thirty. And Kira was over on hundred years old and he looked like he was a teenager. The twisted comedy never ended. When she confirmed his suspicions and asked to go somewhere more private Kira sighed and smiled. "For what? Humanss here may be prejudicse but they are not murdererss. They can humiliate you but they wont kill you. Its abssssurd!" Kira joked as he walked off. He lowered his hand and fit her into the frame again as she walked away. "Interesssting." He said one last time. Putting his hands back into his pockets he followed her innocently. Skipping along the way like a weirdo.


Once she led them somewhere safer she took a breath and crossed her arms to face him. Kira winked at her and looked around the area. She pointed out that he was a Dhani and called him a 'Snake boy.' Kira Laughed and turned back to face her. "Yeah, but im the sssssexiest sssnake you'll ever sssee." He teased. Standing on his tip toes and twirling around. She called him fifteen and Kira snickered. "Fifteen? If i were that young id still be a tiny little hatchling. Im over one hundred years old." He explained. Walked up to her with a grin. "My Name is Kira." He introduced himself. Taking a hand out of his pocket and extending it.

Arieli walked with him, glad she had maybe found someone to help keep her safe. She had spent so many years alone and it was hard for her. She looked at him talk and said " Excuse me Mr. Ancient one. I'm only 23." she corrected him and swayed to her side, resting on her right hip. She watched him walk around. and spoke up " I'm Arieli." She said, not amused by him calling her old. She was used to it though, she did look older, as he looked a LOT younger.

She shoved her blonde hair out of her face and said " Anywhere you sleep? A house?" She asked him and looked around the street ally. This seemed like a terrible place to be, not a good, safe one. She scanned the area with her wolf eyes and saw no danger, so she let him carry on his words.

"I...am not that old..." Kira joked, walking to the side and looking around some more. "Besssides. Im ssstill young compared to Dhani ssstandards. After all a one hundred year old Dhani is the equelevent of a eighteen year old human." He explained. Looking at the sky and then back down at her.

Why would she ask were he lived? They just met and she was willing to go to his house? Well then...ok. Kira shrugged and pointed out the alley. "Yep, i have a room at the Ssssafe Haven. Only one bed but i dont ssssleep in it. I pefer ssssleeping in my chair." He said innocently.

Arieli looked at him and said " I don't have a house.. Well I guess I just live in the woods alone. Not a house really" She explained and stood taller. " Well I'm 4 wolf years.. which is about 23 or so human years.. I guess. I don't know. I just know that I am about 23.." She rambled on and looked down the alley to the house he pointer out.

She glared at it for a while, making sure she knew what it looked like if she was ever in trouble and needed to go there or something. He was the first person she had met and she was glad about that. " So what do you even do for a living.. I mean you must do something to afford that house " She said and brushed through her dirty blonde hair.
