“Oh but sssometimes the hunters become the hunter. But who know…maybe you can take on a bear on your own…or perhaps a band of humanss or ssslavers. Either way I wish you luck. If you’re ever in trouble you know where to find me. I can sssmash some of their ssstuff again.” Kira joked, walking back to the city. ‘So…interesting.’ He thought to himself. He had made a new friend…and she was a Kelvic. This city was so much fun.

Arieli nodded and rolled her eyes, only half listening. She didn't care. She could outrun them anyways. She closed her eyes as she heard his footsteps on the brittle leaves that fell to the ground before. Her breath softened and steadied as she slowly fell asleep.

' She woke up on the ground of an ice.. an ice land? She looked around and her breath was fast and scared. Where was she? Was Kira right..? Should she have stayed within the city and actually maybe stayed at his place. Was it even hunting season? She had so many questions as her hands melted in the slow below. She was cold. Freezing and wet. The ice had melted from her warm body. She stood on her feet and the ice melted below her feet. What was happening? Why was she so hot?

She looked around, her blue eyes scanning everything and everyone. She was in the middle of a city. A cold city obviously. Did she know of any? She watched the people walk by and pretend she wasn't even there. She looked down at her hands to see them red. Either cold, and about to be frostbitten, or warm. Everything felt so warm right now. She felt her face and it almost burned her hand to the touch.

She winced and yelled out " Hello!? Who's there? Can anyone help me?" She watched some people walk by and nobody even looked in her direction. She touched one man and she felt his warm coat on her hand, but he acted like she wasn't there. She felt one man shove past her like she wasn't there again and she fell to the cold ground again. She looked around and started to panic.'

Her breath was heavy. As heavy as ever. She sat up and looked around the forest. Oh. It was just a dream. Just a stupid nightmare. She touched her hair and her face, making sure it was still there. She sighed in relief as she felt the normal feeling, not too hot, not too cold skin in her hand and she laid back and looked at the stairs for a while.
