Illegal Jobs in Syliras?

Are there any jobs in Syliras that would attract the attention of the Syliras knights if they caught wind of it? Like...smuggling, 'hits' (assassinations of those of you unfamiliar with that term), and the like? And if so, where would one have to go to find the person to 'apply' for the job?

Syliras is a cramped Fortress city filled with seven thousand knights. Crime is basically non-existent, even petty thievery would soon be put down. Any organized criminal organization, thieves guild, and assassins guild would be swiftly hacked down without mercy.

The Windoak and Konti seers are keeping watch in and around Syliras. You obey the rules or expect capital punishments. I believe Gossamer has mentioned this in more detail here
