Edit my picture ever so slightly? Please?

Hello There artists.

I have a small request, for anyone who has a knack for photoshop, and is willing to help me edit the picture above so this Sym woman has fangs when she smiles? I’ve tried, and failed to make anything convincing with my crappy paint programs xD

Okay, I tried and tried and tried and tried (I don't really like giving up) but it's really hard because her teeth have a lot of different colours and it just looks fake when I do it.. Sorry for that.

Hey Lauralyn. Here ya go. hope this works for you! A bit choppy but i might be able to fix it, or you can just size it down a bit and it will look fine.
