Pain is looking to test herself against a live opponent, something she has had little chance to do. Of course, Pain isn't the nasty type to just go pick a fight, so she's probably gonna show up at the spinning coin here pretty soon lookin' for someone to fight.

Not a deathmatch, mind you. Just a friendly spar. Well, as friendly as two people can be when they're kicking eachother in the head.

Anyone game?

How advanced is your character? I would like to learn the system better and am willing to have my character spar yours.

My character is an unarmed fighter, roughly meaning she is a martial artist of sorts. I see that your character is a dagger user that seems to favor poisons, both of which aren't really appropriate for a "sport" fight, but if you wanted your character to say, use a blunted, wooden dagger in a spar (sans poison of course), that could work.

I'm not really doing this so I can beat someone who has less hand to hand oriented skills up and cry to a mod if they don't allow every one of my attacks to break a bone because they have 0 unarmed and I have 30. I mainly want to test out a fight, be it short or long, and get a sense of how combat can work on forum based RP.

I don't cry to mods over anything

And I am willing to rely on my knives to test the combat system. If you are new to the system as well.

I might get involved at some point too, if you guys don't mind. I like a healthy fight. And if Stitch happened to be at the Spinning Coin, and saw a fight break out, he would want to break it up anyways. And I enjoy play-by-post fighting!

Well, in the description of the spinning coin it says it has a cage that can be dropped for "death matches", but I figure a non-lethal spar would be okay. Bets could be placed =)

If stitch is a good hand to hand fighter but isn't actually fighting, maybe he could give pain some tips on how she could have handled an armed opponent better. Her combat experience is mostly training at this point, with very little actual fighting other than a few drunk bar patrons.
