Benshiran seeks others!

hey! i have this cute little Benshiran i've been planning to write with for a while. Daya is a little lost and a little innocent, having just run away from her family after leaving someone at the 'alter', so to speak.

as i've been kindly informed Eketytol is not so practical to write in anymore, i'm looking to head to Cyphurus but i'm happy with other places too - so feel free to throw out ideas if you feel our characters would thread well together (any race, personality ect.!) wherever you are (practically within reason, say)!

i'm up for any kind of plotting really from kindness to victimisation (she's not stupid but she's hardly wise, either). someone could even play her spurned never-husband or help me devise a future in another city for her. honestly i'm not fussy - anything you can suggest.

i don't have much time to write super-long posts right now - so i'm more interested in well crafted. if you're interested, let me know!

Hi Daya! You have no idea how excited I get when I see another Benshira on the forum. Seriously, I love it. And your character concept is pretty interesting too, you can create some awesome plots with the "spurned husband" idea.

Unfortunately, the Eyktol region is closed for play. There are currently no moderators overseeing the domains there, and the region will likely stay that way for a long time to come. There's nothing preventing you from threading you there, but you will get no assistance from Storytellers so long as you stay in the domain. My advice, as sad as it is, is to seek out another region that you can throw Daya into. This makes sense with her backstory; all you have to do is state that she fled the Burning Lands itself on her horse after the night of the wedding.

The Cyphrus Region is directly north of Eyktol by land and is the most likely place she'd end up fleeing. All the cities in Cyphrus are pretty interesting, so feel free to pick whatever destination you want and start there! (My Benshira Hirem is currently located in Riverfall. It's a newcomer-friendly domain, so I'd recommend it.)

hi! thanks so much for your reply! it's a shame about Ekytol but yes, i really love reading other Benshiran's! they are such an interesting race and it's sad they seem a little underused. that's good advice, though, i'll do that (i'll change the thread name haha)! and thanks, i like your character concept too!
