Stretching northward along the coastline of the Suvan Sea, the Cobalt Mountains are the home of the Bronze Wood, numerous ruins, and creatures both strange and fantastical.

Eris contemplated the offer for a chime. It would certainly be interesting if nothing else. Sure, she’d probably lose the trail really easily, but it would be a good exercise for her. She had to be prepared for everything in her line of work, Kelvics included.

“Sure. Why not?” she said, nodding her head. “I’m bound to fail at this regardless, so we might as well make it interesting.”

Eris assumed he would have to undress in order to shift, so she discreetly moved away a few paces and turned her head to contemplate a tree.

[The Bronze Wood] Bright 'n Early (Tomas)

"Alright. When I say go, you turn around and chase me. No head start this time, see if you can catch me before you loose me and I escape."

Tomas chuckled then started pulling off his clothes when Eris turned around. As soon as he was done he shouted, "Go!" then immediately shifted and darted off into the woods, giving Eris only a moment to catch a glimpse of what he looked like. Tomas was fast as a wolf, and there was little chance Eris would be able to catch him, but his goal with this part of the lesson was not actually for her to catch him. He ran as quickly as he could, putting as much distance between him and the woman as possible. His goal was to loose her and make a large circle back around her to see if she noticed they were going in circles. It was easy to loose your sense of direction in the forest and get lost, and that could be disastrous, especially if the one you hunted knew their way around the wilds.
"Honest! I didn't know I was supposed to go in the bathroom. At home they always made me go outside!"
