Strangers in the woods ( Nidae, Seliarus )

[Nidassasyae]

Nidassasyae nodded at Seliarus' words, staring out at the woods. She would finish the watch, it wasn't too long after all. The leopard wondered if Nehsmay would go back to sleep, though judging from the Vantha's nightmare, Nidae doubted that. She cast an inquiring look at the Vantha, then looked back at the tent. Regardless of Nehsmay's answer, the leopard would continue the watch, sitting down by the fire.

[Nehsmay]

"I'm ok." Nehsmay said to herself not knowing if she was trying to reassure her Kelvic friend, herself or both. She watched as the Dhani fell asleep and nodded to herself then turned towards Nidae. "I'll keep you company. It's unlikely I'll fall asleep again. Would you like to hear another story?" She asked knowing that weaving stories always calmed her and others down. "Though I don't think we have time for one..." she pondered "And we might disturb Seliarus."

[Seliarus]

Seliarus was sleeping too tight that some talk would wake him up. Once every little a while, a hissing sound could be heard. It reminded on snoring, but much more subtle and...snake like. He was having a dreamless nap, and the only thing he did, was toss around in his sleep on his hip.

But he kind of didn't made anything else besides that. A fly happened to land on his nose, but as he had nothing interesting there, even the little insect flew away,,. Yep, he was that boring.

[Nidassasyae]

Nidassasyae's ears pricked up, listening to Nehsmay talk. The leopard shook her head, inclining her head towards Seliarus' sleeping form. Since the Dhani hadn't had much contact with people, the last place she wanted to be was beside him if he was sleepy and grumpy, especially in a bustling city when the press of people around her was overwhelming. As the leopard and Vantha kept watch over the camp, light slowly filtered down through the leaves. The sun began its slow ascent into the sky, bringing an end to the night. Nidassasyae turned back to Nehsmay, wondering when they should pack up the camp.

[Nehsmay]

Nehsmay nodded silently and whispered: "We can start packing if we're really quiet. We should be going soon." She headed towards her tent and easily brought it down, packing the tent and the blanket and tying them to Shade's saddle. The fire had died out an hour ago so there was no need to throw water over it, but the Vantha did so just in case. When everything on her side was neatly packed she turned her attention towards Nidae and shot her a questioning look... Should they try and wake Seliarus up or wait a little longer?

[Seliarus]

The Dhani simply...Slept. Even though the morning shine of the sun danced around his face, he simply didn't mind it. Sure he could do without sleep, but sleeping was much more comfortable. He didn't know what time is it anyways. He moved from is him on his back again, hissing lightly as he did so.

It looked like if they left him the way he is, he'd be able to sleep for half of the day to come. That is until something decided to crawl up his nose yet again. Only this time, it was an ant, and it decided it will get stuck in his nostril. The body itself violently blew some air from his nose to get the intruder out, but the sudden act made him cough, and breaking his sleep. But he didn't stand up. He decided to keep his eyes closed, as he rolled back on his hip. He wondered what the two are going to do next.

Oh, the ant managed to get out of his nose, and made it's way in the forest. If anyone wondered.

[Nehsmay]

Nehsmay frowned wondering what to do now. The sun was up in the sky and she wanted to get to Syliras as soon as possible. She didn't think they were that far away. But how to wake up the sleeping Dhani? "Seliarus?" she tried calling him "The sun is up. We should get going right?" She decided that if that wouldn't work she was going to sing very loudly off key. Maybe that would wake him up.

Nidasssasyae nodded to Nehsmay, padding over to where Seliarus slept. The cat stretched luxuriously, then positioned herself near his feet. There was no way she was going to wake up the Dhani when in range of those teeth, and the leopard decided to start poking his booted feet with her paws. Nidae would continue with her annoying wake-up method until Seliarus decided to wake up, giving several coughing barks. She decided that it would probably be best if she entered the city as a human, rather than an animal not native to this region. Backing up a few steps, she looked up to the sky, and concentrated on the transformation. The brief flash of agony came and went, a snarl briefly passing over her face. It was gone as fast as it came, and in the leopard's place stood a yawning 16 year old girl. She hadn't had much sleep that night, and was more tired from all the transformations she had done the day before. Nidassasyae made her way over to Shade, pulling down a woolen tunic and breeches from her pack, and holding her bone tipped spear in her hands. With another gigantic cat-like yawn, she munched on some dried dear meat in her pack, trying to restore a bit of her energy. If Seliarus still refused to wake up, she'd head over and start poking him with the butt end of her spear.

[Seliarus]

Seliarus simply sighed to himself. He should probably stand up now, then both of his new companions were quite eager to do so, and besides, he was the one who said that they should break up early. Well, after his name was called out, and his boots were endlessly poked, his eyes slowly opened, and he looked around. He gave away a slight yawn, as he forced himself on his feet, leaning back on the tree for support.

"I'm awake...I'm awake...Calm down." He spoke, shaking his head, and making his hair cover the most of his face. He hissed lightly, before pushing the hair back on it's original place. "You two didn't ssslept ssso well. Ssshould we wait here for a little longer?" He asked, as he picked up the dices he left on the ground yesterday, placed them in the letter cup ,and putting them back in the backpack.

He then pointed Neshmay, well, in her direction, as that was the path they should take. "That'sss the way..." He spoke, rubbing his right feet in the dirt as he pointed out. His hand quite quickly lowered itself, and the Dhani tiled his hand to the right. A quite nasty collar popping sound could he heard emitting from his neck.

[Nehsmay]

"As far as I'm concerned there's no need." Nehsmay said yawning than looked at Nidae "What do you think? I'd like to get to Syliras as soon as possible, if it's ok with you two." She glanced at the road Seliarus pointed at and shrugged."Nope, don't recognize the way." The wind was blowing softly, making the trees rustle and the sun was shinning more warmly than the day before. All in all the weather was perfect for traveling. Shade neighed softly, eager to be on his way.
