I was considering Alija getting an apprentice for Fall, someone who would help her with her own projects and she could teach them blacksmithing in return. This would be a the step up to her considering teaching at the university, which I'm hoping to work towards. No previous skill in blacksmithing needed, and location must be Zeltiva. That's probably the only limit (apart from whether or not your PC would become an apprentice smith).
