I don't have that much of an idea about Denali, other than that I eventually want her to meet one or more person(s) to travel out of Wind Reach with. There are two conditions to that: 1) she would need to trust one or more of these persons before this would happen and 2) Winter is probably not the best time to try this. ^_^' So either way she has plenty of time to wander about and generally be a nuisance in the eagle rider's city.
Whether she's ultimately good or evil is still in the air. She likes fighting and killing, but when bonded to someone she tends to take on their world view. Regardless of that, a rival or generally disliked person (the better at fighting the better) would be awesome as well.
As for a person to eventually become her master, the character would need to consciously make an effort to gain her trust. How they use her after is up to you.
Again, I don't have a real future planned out for her. I do want her to eventually have a master, one who may possibly use her for more than just friendship/servitude, though.
