Birthplace: Syrilas Appearance: Ben is a Human male with long brown hair, dark green eyes, pronounced cheekbones, and an angular jaw. He has a skinny build, and stands at 5 feet 10 inches tall. Character History Ben was firstborn to a wealthy Syrilan family, but always hated the confinement that went with their lifestyle. As his teenage years approached he grew more rebellious, until finally at eighteen he abandoned his duties to go see the world. His parents did not take kindly to this, and all but disowned him as he packed his bags. His brother was more kind, however, and offered Ben a place to stay should he ever need one; too proud to take the offer, Ben politely refused. The following years have been a mixed bag for Ben- through a series of miracles, he was able to find his way through the Suvan Sea and make his way into Riverfall, a city he had always fantasized about as a child. Unfortunately, his journey has left him homeless and living in squalor. Character Concept Ben is a free spirit first and foremost, and hates being entrapped in a single place against his free will. Four years of occasional street life and begging have begun to take their toll, and over these years Ben has grown distrustful to those he finds unfamiliar. Even so, within he is still the same curious and excited man who left his responsibilities behind. Ben makes a strong distinction between people he considers acquaintances and those he considers true friends, with the line being that he ultimately doesn't care about his acquaintances but is incredibly loyal to his friends. He does not make these friends easily, as it often takes a significant amount of time before he begins to trust anyone. He is also distinctly proud. Hello there, there are unfortunately some grievous errors you must fix before you can continue.

• At 22 years old you would be born in 493, please change the year of your Birthdate. You must also list a day within the season, not just the season itself. Spring as 91 days in it.
• How did Ben learn Pavi and Tukant? Pavi is the Grassland Language of the Drykas and they aren't well known to teach that to outsiders. Same go with Tukant the language of the blue men known as the Akalak of Riverfall. Please explain how he learned these in his history.
• Are you sure you want to take Observation as a skill at starting? It is not a hard skill to learn in character.
• I believe you are looking for Busking instead of Begging as a skill. Sorry I was corrected on this. Please ignore.
• Where is your +15 Racial Bonus for being a generic human? Please note this must be marked clearly and it CANNOT be divided up, it is only for ONE skill.
• Your lores are too broad. What of the Syliran Culture? How did Ben learn anything about the Svefra Culture and what?
• You cannot start with the Cloak and the Coat, please choice one.
• The Starting package does not start with a Winter Blanket, Strong Rations, or a Dagger. Please deduct those prices from your Ledger or remove them. Please take a look at the Housing Packages found within the Starting Guide for what they contain.
• Are you sure you do not want an heirloom? It is a free item with 50GM worth that is non-magical and usually holds sentimental value.
• Riverfall does not allow homelessness, you must have a place to reside within.
• Your Ledger makes no sense, you start with 100GM, if you cash in housing you get an additional 500GM for a total of 600, however you still need to deduct the above mentioned stuff if you decide to keep them.
