This forum is an OOC forum for PCS and Organizations to work out plans in hardcopy. Each PC or Organization gets a single thread where their players can help work out plans for their PC. Quests, mini-sagas, and Trips can all be organized here as well working out timelines and points of travel and things PCs need to do along the way. Each PC however gets only one Plotnote for their individual PC. Groups get one as well. There is no limit on individuals posting saga or trip plotnote threads. Please denote [PC Plotnotes] or [Group Plotnotes] or [Quest/Trip/Saga Plotnotes] when titling your threads.

So I have noticed for a while now that a lot of people have issues figuring out how much their PC should weigh according to their height and race. Even I have this problem. I am pretty underweight for my age and gender so I don't have the best basis. Plus a lot of players make PCs with completely different body types to their own. So I thought I'd draw up some charts for the different races and what heights are common with them and normal and healthy weights that would correspond with them. Honestly a think some people are going to think this isn't worth the work since most races have a range in their lore page, but I don't mind doing it and it helps me a little, so here it is even if you don't need it!

Please note that each race is separated as different races have different height ranges as well as strange biological differences that would change their weight. This is a work in progress and I'm certainly not an expert so some of these could be wrong, please comment! All weights are based on the BMI plus biological additions/subtractions. All weights are also based on a healthy 25 year old, the peak in growth and physical maturity which is what most PCs are in their race.

Akalak:
The Akalak are very tall as well as usually very well built, in other words, lots of muscle mass, adding a bit to normal weight. They are also all male, having a higher range than women would if they existed. The lore states a range between 180-300lbs. My calculations are within this range.
Akalak :
Height Weight
6"1' ~189lbs
6"2' ~194lbs
6"3' ~200lbs
6"4' ~205lbs
6"5' ~210lbs
6"6' ~216lbs
6"7' ~221lbs
6"8' ~227lbs
6"9' ~233lbs
6"10' ~239lbs
6"11' ~245lbs
7"0' ~250lbs
7"1' ~256lbs
7"2' ~263lbs
7"3' ~269lbs
7"4' ~275lbs
7"5' ~281lbs

Akvatari:
The Akvatar have hollow bones to allow them to fly. Bones make up a total of 15% a humans weight and so the Akvatari's weight is going to be lower than normal. There are both a male and female difference and so I've made two tables. The lore only states one height for each gender but since there is obviously going to be a natural range, I've extended the given range 5 inches in each direction. The lore lists weight as 'varies'.
Male :
[table=Height | Weight
5"7' | ~100lbs
5"8' | ~102lbs
5"9' | ~106lbs
5"10' | ~108lbs
5"11' | ~112lbs
6"0' | ~115lbs
6"1' | ~119lbs
6"2' | ~122lbs
6"3' | ~125lbs
6"4' | ~129lbs
6"5' | ~132lbs

Female :
Height | Weight
5"3' | ~88lbs
5"4' | ~90lbs
5"5' | ~94lbs
5"6' | ~97lbs
5"7' | ~100lbs
5"8' | ~102lbs
5"9' | 106lbs
5"10' | ~108lbs
5"11' | ~112lbs
6"0' | ~115lbs
6"1' | ~119lbs

Benshira:
The Benshira are a human subrace and so have the same relative weight as normal humans would. However I am separating them since they have their own different height exclusions. Their height exclusions so not vary from men to women so I have made only one chart as according to the BMI a healthy man and woman of the same height would weigh the same. The lore states a range between 90-200lbs, my calculations are within that range. Add weight if you are muscled or chubby, subtract is you are malnourished or just skinny.
Benshira :
Height Weight
5"0' ~111lbs
5"1' ~114lbs
5"2' ~118lbs
5"3' ~122lbs
5"4' ~126lbs
5"5' ~130lbs
5"6' ~134lbs
5"7' ~138lbs
5"8' ~142lbs
5"9' ~147lbs
5"10' ~151lbs
5"11' ~155lbs
6"0' ~160lbs
6"1' ~164lbs
6"2' ~169lbs
6"3' ~174lbs
6"4' ~178lbs
6"5' ~183lbs

Chaktawe:
The Chaktawe have a very diverse height range and also a higher weight range due to an organ inside their body that stores water. Because of this their weight is a bit higher than a normal human of the same height. The race height and weight does not differ between genders and so there is only one table for both. The lore states a range of 115-280lbs, my calculations are NOT within this range. I estimated 10 extra pounds for an empty organ. In order to be within this range I would have to add another 20 pounds for a total of 30 extra pounds for one empty water organ. I thought that was way too much so in the shorter heights (4"5'-4"10') the weight is under the minimum lore range of 115lbs given.

Chaktawe :
Height Weight
4"5' ~96lbs
4"6' ~99lbs
4"7' ~103lbs
4"8' ~106lbs
4"9' ~110lbs
4"10' ~113lbs
4"11' ~117lbs
5"0' ~121lbs
5"1' ~124lbs
5"2' ~128lbs
5"3' ~132lbs
5"4' ~136lbs
5"5' ~140lbs
5"6' ~144lbs
5"7' ~148lbs
5"8' ~152lbs
5"9' ~157lbs
5"10' ~161lbs
5"11' ~165lbs
6"0' ~170lbs
6"1' ~174lbs
6"2' ~179lbs
6"3' ~184lbs
6"4' ~188lbs
6"5' ~193lbs

Charoda:
The Charoda are a sea dwelling people and hence are lighter to be able to swim comfortably through the water. Their spines and ribs are actually cartilage which is significantly lighter than actual bone, though the rest of their structure is bone. There is no height or weight difference for males and female so there is only one chart for both. The lore states a weight range of 90-150lbs, my calculations are in that range.

Charoda :
Height Weight
5"0' ~94lbs
5"1' ~99lbs
5"2' ~103lbs
5"3' ~107lbs
5"4' ~111lbs
5"5' ~115lbs
5"6' ~119lbs
5"7' ~123lbs
5"8' ~127lbs
5"9' ~132lbs
5"10' ~136lbs
5"11' ~140lbs
6"0' ~145lbs
Grader Note :
Currently I base my presentation of my Scavenging and Fishing skill on the skill write up by Shimoje and Ferrin, respectively, that is in the Founder's Review section of the World Development forum. This means, for example, that hand fishing, the practice of collect marine life out of the water by hand, Tap considers fishing rather than just gathering. Of course the final decision is up to the grader. This is simply what I am basing her actions off of.

Please also note that Tap is a very antisocial Konti and therefore please only reward her socialization point HALF of what you would normally award for a PC.
