Within new company (Angelique)

Finally settled in and having all his physical needs taken care of Percival, had to take care of another need. The call of the wild beckoned him towards the wilderness and he couldn't ignore it any longer. Heading straight north, he avoided the usual air of a foreigner as he rushed past the general areas looking almost unsurprised by the majestic surroundings. He went past the alluring shops and businesses ignoring the enticing decorations that pulled others to stop and stare. He even appeared rude to some of Mura's inhabitants as he hurried past them with barely a nod, a wave or any indication that he saw them. Percival's mind was set, he had to explore the region's wilderness before he can resume any normal social functions properly. "The panda in me is wanting to be free" he sang softly to himself as he went along his way.

Only when Percival reached the outskirts of town a visage of a smile reached Percival's face. This was it! Only a few more chimes and he would be there! Percival could hardly hold in his animal urges anymore. Amidst the first few trees, concealed behind a bush he started to strip. Taking off his shirt first, his pants, and finally his undergarments he jumped out of his hiding spot on all fours and started to morph. As the process ended the happy panda let out a low roar as it turned to make sure his belongings would be concealed.

After getting some much needed rest, Angelique awoke with the thoughts of going for a nice leisurely walk. She did not have any set direction in mind as stood up and set out on her stroll all she knew was that she wanted to see the sights around the island. Surly she had seen them many times before in passing but she wanted to take the time to really see them. The Konti headed north from where she had decided to settle down last night and get some sleep.As she neared the outskirts of Mura, she heard what was an odd sound to her. Deciding to investigate what had made the noise, Angelique continued to listen intently for the sound as she moved in the direction that it was coming from. The woman stopped as she caught a glimpse of something black and white moving about. Angelique could not remember ever seeing anything like this creature in her life before. Her guard was quickly raised as she did not know if it would try to attack her if it had seen her. Crouching down, her breathing started to quicken as she waited to see what the animal would do. Would it attack? Or was this some sort of friendly beast? She though. If the animal had in fact seen her, it would notice her long blonde sun-kissed locks of hair, that she appeared to be young in age,even though she were in fact almost 30. The creature would also notice that she was dressed in white robes which concealed the scaling upon her arms and legs, and her icy blue hues. Would the creature know when and if it had seen her that she were a native to Mura? Doubtful, but she felt it best that she keep her distance from it just to be safe.

[Percival]

Darren looked up from the bushes to see another native of Mura looking at him. ...hmm maybe I should have mentioned I was a Kelvic when I first came here he thought as stared back at the Konti. Aww well might as well do a proper hello before disappearing into the woods" he muttered in his panda tongue. I dislike this animal tongue... he thought mildly as his attention went back to the bushes. Finding his clothings he deftly manuvered his hat atop his head as he put his monocle on his eye. Alright now that's settled all I have to do is a little act before I go Percival concluded as he faced Angelique.

"Alright madam now watch carefully as I will only do this once" he growled with a sense of sarcasm. Taking a moment to tense himself, Percival suddenly shifted all his weight to his hind legs. He steady himself before taking a look back at the Konti, trying to give off the best impression of smiling a panda can give. "Hello Miss I am Percival Jeane Noblesse" he growled, concentrating as he moved to bow. Waving his right paw in a huge circular motion his djed detached from his arms as he completed the motion. His arms hung uselessly as he leaned forward and looked down. As he looked down his astral body moved to his head as he raised the top of his hat and monocle to end his introduction.

"And with that my little show is done,my lady" Percival growled happily as he reattached his arms and went back on all fours. Checking that everything was intact he raised his front paw in a final farewell before he turned to leave. Turning his back on the native Konti, he jovially skipped into the woods.

Angelique tilted her head to the right for a moment as she watched the creature curiously. When the person reappeared with the monocle and tophat she seemed slightly amused. The Konti kept a close eye on him as if he were going to do some sort of trick. Much to her surprise he had. Cracking a smile, a faint chuckle escaped from her lips while continuing to watch him. What could this panda possibly be saying? She thought as the panda made it's nosies. The Konti tilted her head slightly from left to right, wondering what it was trying to say, if anything at all. As the creature disappeared into the woods she started to follow him, silently. He was not a native to these parts and might possibly get lost out there. She thought for a moment. I cannot allow for him to lose his way back to the main road. Her thoughts continued. If he were to end up lost, I would feel very bad, for I were the last one he saw before he vanished. “No. I cannot allow for that to happen.” She whispered to herself, while continuing to follow him, quietly.

[Percival]

Back into the wilderness in weeks! Oh my goodness! It feels so surreal! Percival thought as hetook his first steps outside of town, looking to find where he can find true wilderness. After a few chimes he quickly realized that this he was already where he wanted to be. Spending so much time in the water it felt as if the wilderness before him was a figment of his imagination, especially since the area looked like it was painted pastel. The fact that it looked so different didn't help convince him that this wasn't a dream... The island itself seemed to be mixed in with the forest making up the city, and now further away from the town it didn't look like he left. Only here the pastel themed area looked to have more wildlife and plant life.

The area is seemingly lush in organic life, the common tree being that of the conferi variation, though there are other species of tree in the area. he observed as he lightly pranced around the area. I can probably spend a good amount of time learning about the local flora and wildlife for a very long time if I wanted he realized as he paused to look upon a flower he never has seen before.

It was so exciting! The new places, the sights, the smells, everything seemed just right with the island. It was a very civilized and advanced society, but they still managed to keep the very nature around them from changing he mused as he continued on. The very idea of having the best of all the cultures he lived in seemed to be on this island, a feeling of happiness swelled within him. This was it. This was where he was going to live forever. He roared a chorus of approval as he withdrew into himself. This place made him remember the safety of when he was still a little cub, in his mother's arms. Rather he was a boy but had the mindset of a cub. Anyways, it doesn't matter He smiled as he sat down.

It was only then he had Angelique as company after looking around as he sat. Ah! Have you been following me all this time? he thought as he saw her. He adjusted his hat as he went back on all fours. "What do you want" he growled as he took a few steps back. Already his hair were on end as he backed away, not sure what to do he growled a warning. Percival was unsure of what to make of the native, he didn't know much of anything about them. He was stuck trying to deciede if he should run away or if he should defend himself from her.

Not being able to tell what the panda was trying to say through his growls she decided that it would be best not to show any sign of fear. Instead she gave the panda a friendly smile as she extended her right arm and right hand with her palm facing towards the left as if to try and tell the creature that she would not harm him. Since she had never seen anything like this panda before she had found it to be extremely amusing to her. What sort of creature is this? She had asked herself knowing that she would be unable to answer it. As she continued to watch the panda she noticed that he seemed to be happy being out amongst the trees and wildlife. Maybe the outdoors was home to this creature. Her thoughts continued. Angelique now wanted to observe this creature in what appeared to be it’s natural habitat. What kinds of things does this beast eat? The Konti wondered. The Konti started to wonder if maybe the creature’s growls were a warning that it was going to attack her. This brief thought caused her guard to be raised again making her ready for anything. She now kept a very watchful eye over the panda, hoping that her thoughts of it wanting to attack were wrong.
