Medal Liaison?

Hey guys- I just wanted to propose a new sort of staff person known as the medal liaison. This person would essentially hand out medals to those who have earned them, and perhaps, create a few new ones. (Design and everything). They could also post the bake-off information every month, (I seriously miss those things, and can't even remember the last time we had one), and that sort of thing. This would give the founders one less thing to do, and allow players to get medals/help make more medals, and have those lovely things linked to their profile pages. Anyway, it's just a suggestion. I like this idea. I think it would make the whole medal giving/receiving process go a lot more smoother. I'd love to see this come into action!
