Miro began the day with a quick warm up session. The sun was barely starting to come up, it was gong going to be a long day of training. He dropped down to the floor instantly, doing pushups. He flowed his djed into his arms, using the Flux, he would push himself off of the ground. After a few pushups, he began increasing the amount of djed. He began pumping his arms up and down, slowly lowering himself to the ground. Letting the energy go, he screamed "Fise", his arms pushed him straight up off the ground. The instant he released the energy, he began building more to replace it. He sprung up onto his feet. Letting the momentum carry, he allowed himself to land facing the other direction. He landed gracefully not breaking his stride and lowering himself to the ground, using the Flux to cushion the landing. In position with his back facing the ground, he began to do more pushups.

Before long a steady aching grew in his arms. He stood and took a deep breath. He lowered himself, doing stretches in his legs. He shot each leg out held them so a burn could be felt in one area, then before long switching to another. After a while, he felt his body loosen up. He moved to stretching his back and arms doing all sorts of twists and pulls. Cracking his fingers, he lined up a target. His eyes were dead set on the wall, and he had something in mind.

A stare down began between Miro and the wall, as he prepped his body for the stunt. His mind was sharpening. He began to process the motions and what he would need to do to flip off of the wall. If he put more energy he could have more height and time. He imagined how and where to plant his feet, running the whole process out in his head. He focused his mind, testing the muscles throughout his body, assuring himself they were capable. He prepped himself up one more time, getting his blood pumping and his body roaring to go. Taking of running, Miro dashed towards the wall. He was starting to gain a bit of speed when it came time to shift his momentum up the wall. He trailed one foot up to scale the wall. Once it landed he pushed up and his other leg followed. He pushed firmly off the wall, jumping several feet backwards. Miro did a graceful flip through the air, then another. Panic struck its way into Miro's heart. His eyes shot to a bright fierce orange. He intended to do a mere flip, not a cascading twirl to his demise. He flip one more time, this time seeing his table not int the path of his trajectory. He turned upright, chest and stomach paralleling the ground. He was still flipping however, his face hit the table from the top, and the energy from the jump caused his body to flip over his face that remained planted to the table, as if to take a step using his face as a foot. He slammed hard onto the floor, the wind came whooshing out of his body. He passed out for a moment, feeling suddenly tired.

When sun beat in through the ceiling, Miro opened his eyes. He felt slightly rested, a new wind reached him as his body felt more awake than after his work out. He stood up promptly and ran out the door, leaving his shirt behind. He started out on the road at a steady jog. He kept his breathing steady, keeping oxygen flowing well. It was early enough that only a few people could be seen here and there. The sun shown down on his back. His gnosis began to tingle slightly. After a few chimes, he began to pick up speed. He punched his hands together, and began to use a bit of flux to push his body faster forward. He did a perfect job keeping his breathing at a perfect pace.

He turned several corners, avoiding any large group of people. The city seemed to work with him, giving him a clear route allowing him to keep this high speed. He smiled, as he had to dip around several people. He continued around the city for nearly half a bell more before Avain Manor came back into sight. He slowed his pace, steadily working his body down. He still panted slightly as a brisk walk took him inside.

Miro shut the door he had left open. Luckily it was early, and the house was not appealing to passerbys. He walked inside and headed towards his room. Once inside, he grabbed Griever, and heading to the courtyard. He tossed Griever down and proceeded to walk over to the weight equipment. Readying his body in a squatted position, Miro forced his muscles to tense up. He focused his mind, moving djed into his gut. As he picked up the weight off of the ground, he reinforced his core. He took the weight up and laid it to rest behind his head setting on his shoulders. He squared his stance, still adding more djed into his center, and began to squat. After thirty, Miro's began to become fatigued. Using less and less djed to aid him for fear of slipping into overgiving.

Miro took the last of his extra energy moving it to his arms, and placed it firmly on the ground. He took a moment to regroup, stretching his muscles and loosening up his body. After a few chimes, he felt fatigued still, but nothing more than a little ache and being run down slightly. Taking one deep breath, he readied his self for another push.

Miro regained his vigor. He ran over and grabbed up Griever from the ground and unsheathed him. He held him loosely in his right hand, while he began to form res in his left. Beginning to emit res in the shape of several balls that he transmuted to ice. There were perfectly round and none to thick. In total, there were around twenty, each larger than his fist. They laid piled up as he began to make twice as many, at half the size.

Miro readied up some more res, double the size of the larger of the two sized balls. He moved it around the larger stack of balls. The thick liquid oozed around two of the balls and lifted them upwards carefully. Separating the masses so that one sat on each side of him hovering above his head a few feet.

Letting them fall, he swung Griever around, cutting the edge of the first ball. He turned, attempting to slice down at the second ball, missing by several inches. He grabbed two more with his res, readying them in the same array. Again, he let them drop. Miro swung hitting the first one close to the center. The second hit the top of his blade that moved in place a moment too soon. Again, he moved two more ice balls into place. He focused his mind to a point, having his arm poised at his side. He let them fall, waiting a moment eying the location of each target. He swung his blade up, through the first, and without checking his success downward with the same motion, hitting the second as well.

From the air fell four parts of ice that collided with the ground and shattered. The piles at the ground were divided harshly, proving his strike landed, but with little precision. This time he would ready up 3 balls, placing two in front of him at each side and a single one behind him. He let them fall, going for the front left one first, hitting it with an upward strike he turned left to the one that sat behind it. A downward strike nicked the ball, as he turned to hit the third. His swipe was much too late and by the time he brought his sword around to the right location it had crashed down to the floor. He readied himself once more, with the same set up. He let the balls drop, only this time, he moved with more force. His first swipe at the front ball in a similar fashion as before, only now he turned his entire body with the slash. His eyes locked onto his second target now. Driving his blade downward he cut through the edge of the ball. Another turn would leave him with the final ball just in reach. He swung his blade horizontally, just missing the ball as it plummeted to the floor.

Miro sighed, not being quick enough to achieve his goal was annoying him. He readied up three more balls, only this time he focused djed into his shoulder and arm. As the balls fell, he started to release a small amount of flux into his muscles over the entirety of the attack. He groaned out loud in a light frustrated tone. His mind was calm, using his anger to keep his aim true. The first was cut with ease, right through the center. The second was but a moment later, hitting it directly in the center. A third horizontal slash drove through the third ball, hitting just above the middle. Once he finished the attack he drew out a long heavy sigh.

He picked up the last five all at once, concentrating as much of the Flux into his upper body as possible. His entire arm surged with a speedy jolt of energy, his muscles were jumping with excitement. He felt as if his control over the arm was absolute. Now, above him sat five balls. One in front of him, one on either side of him and two behind him. He felt the res in relation to its location to him. Where each ball was as it fell. As they fell, he looked at the ball in front of him and a slight glance to the one on his right. He drew up his blade along his chest, changing his footing to give him power. He waited until the ball fell enough for him to slice it horizontally, then forced his entire body around through it. It hit the first one, he caught sight of the next and adjusted his aim. The third came into sight and he lowered his strike down to make perfect contract with it. He proceeded through with increasing speed hitting the next with ease, and finally the last as they both neared the ground.

Miro planted his hand firmly on the ground to slow his momentum. His body came to a sudden stop and he looked up with a smile on his face. He stood up and caught his breath, taking a moment to let the dizziness pass. He stretched out his arm, making sure it was okay. He was feeling fine, and ready for more.

This time he would use the smaller of the balls. He forced his djed around five balls keeping it in one big pool and launched them all upward. Miro sat below, sword poised and awaited their fall. As they came into sight, Miro slashed at them one at a time. First one, miss. Second one, near hit. Third one nicked slightly. Fourth one, a severe miss. And on the fifth, a decent hit landing off base slicing it at an awkward angle. Miro groaned in agony as he made a fool of himself with the display. "I can do this!" he reassured himself.

Again he launched five balls into the air. As they neared he sprung forward at them. The first two hit one after another. The third was a miss and it threw him off balance causing him to miss the next. The last one came down in front of him as he drove his blade quickly over to try to strike it. Time slowed as his arm sailed towards the projectile. His blade was inches away as it slipped out of range. gently, his blade tapped the very edge perhaps chipping it. Again he groaned feeling a bit discouraged. He was making progress, but not as quickly as he would like. Again, five more were launched. Miro practically lunged in the air with them. First strike landed precisely through the center. Overhead another was spotted. He drove his blade downward slicing it on one side. A third was falling at the height of his face. He swiped up at it, catching the edge. The other two were falling quite quickly at this point. He forced his momentum down as low to the ground and swiped horizontally lined them both up to be barely caught by Griever's blade.

Miro stood up, Griever resting outward from both hands. He was panting slightly, easing his mind. He was starting to feel a bit fatigued overall now, wearing down slightly. "It's not time to quit yet Miro, keep fighting!" He kept his thoughts positive, prepping him, holding out his endurance.

Now he would try ten. It would be no easy task, but he would not be playing fair this round. He focused his djed carefully into the base of his shoulder and into his arm. Launched the res into the air along with the balls. Miro lept up after them, letting the Flux guide his arm. He lined up two balls, and stuck them quickly. In the corner of his eye three hung in the air. He slashed two with one swipe and the last on a downward arc. Traveling down now, he turned his attention upwards to where the last five, that were now falling down at him. He readied his arm, adding more djed to the Flux that powered his strikes. His stance was poised and he aimed his blade up and outward. The five balls came down into his range. Quickly, he thrust his arm forward, piercing each ball, one at a time. As his blade hit them, they shattered into several pieces, crumbling to the floor. He smiled grandly, looking at his work. He was gaining skill, but losing steam quickly. If he kept up this djed consumption like this before long he would start to overgive.

Finishing off the balls would be fine, not pushing the limits too much. He readied up his res once more. Grabbing the remaining fifteen, he readied them above his head steadily. He transmuted the res into a strong gust, casting the balls upwards. He focused his djed down to his legs, jumping up after them. After launching from the ground, he began focusing his djed into his arm. On the way up, he slashed through two balls immediately. A side slash took out two more. His djed readied for another bout of flux slashing. He lined up three balls, taking them out quickly. Four more sat in front of him in his field of view. He started to fall but the balls still were moving upwards. He managed to stab two before soaring down and landing on his feet. A graceful landed allowed him to keep his attention focused upwards. Miro dropped low as if to spring again, focusing a large amount of djed into his arm. As the balls were just out of reach he sprung up, letting the Flux invade his arm once more. His muscles forced themselves forward faster than his eye could follow, taking out four balls in a swipe, barely hitting each. He drew his arm up and over his head, hitting one more out of the sky. "Wait, did i get them all?" Miro wondered as he turned. One more ball traveled towards the ground, nearing a crash. Miro concentrated the last of his pooled djed into his arm using the Flux to swing his blade downward aiming at the ground below the ball. Just as the ball hit the ground, before it could shatter, Griever sliced through it. His blade crashed against the ground with a loud metallic cling. The sound resonated through the air as Miro panted. Sweat fell from his brow and he collapsed to the ground trying to catch his breath. He was tired. A nap sounded good, was it proper to take a nap outside? Miro waited for a second and laughed. "Since when do I worry about things being proper?" He let out a long sigh and closed his eyes. He fell asleep before long not to wake until he was rested.
