Timestamp: Winter 20, 511 AV Time: Early Afternoon Location: Just outside Snowsong Hold Who: Kaiielle Krivak peered around the corner of the stable at the whistling man. The man had a bag of some delicious oats. And this bag had a small hole in the bottom of it. And because of this a small trail of the golden grains was growing out from behind the man. He watched the man walk away and his ears perked up to listen to the man's tune. Wheeeeeeet... Whoot whoot weeewhoot... He had to be careful so that the man didn't notice him following. Especially since he was now licking up and eating the tasty oats. As the man continued along, Krivak followed behind carefully. He set his hooves into the snow gently, only stepping where the man himself stepped. He was careful to not breathe quite as loud and to not snort. As he continued along, he noticed the man was heading toward the building where all the song and dance people live. He continued along when he realized the man entered the building. At first he was sad, figuring his treasure trail had come to a disappointing end. But the man had left the door wide open, and the oats continued to trickle out. Grunting gleefully, Krivak followed the path inside, lapping up all the oats, not paying as much attention ahead. If he had been, he might have noticed the man chuckling to himself and looking back at the yak. Krivak had thought he'd been stealthy, but the man had been luring him all along. Krivak followed the trail through the interior of the building. But then the trail had come to an end. Krivak looked up and saw that the bag had been emptied, and the man wandering off. The man muttered to himself, out of Krivak's hearing, "Easiest prank ever." Krivak mooed lightly in the seemingly empty room. The sound bounced off of the walls and ceiling and produced a surprisingly beautiful, to his yak ears that is, sound. He tentatively mooed again, getting the same result, much to his delight. Moo..... MOOOO..... Rawwwww... He began mixing in bellows and grunts with the moos. He lowered the sound, making it deeper, more bull like, but it still rang clearly in his ears. He tried to do a higher pitched moo but it came out sounding weird. He continued at this for several bells, not noticing if anyone was minding him or not. |
