I was wondering what special permission was and how it could be used?

Well.. if you want something special, you need permission for it. Such as, if you want a gnosis mark from a god or goddess, you need special permission. Such permission is acquired in the Help Desk.

I has went to the Help Desk but I don't see anything.

The Help Desk is 100% confidential. The only thing you are able to see are your own threads, but you can't see any of the questions other people have asked. Only the Founders of the website can see and answer your questions.
