The stain glass windows [temple of all gods] (Andre)

72 day of spring, 512 A.V.

The doors opened to the familiar smells and silence that T'sasi grew accustom to and no matter how many times she came to this place, the beauty still stunned her. As she moved into the temple, her footsteps announced her presence. Echoing off the vaulted ceilings, and vibrating off the delicately stained glass. A smile grew on her face as she felt a peaceful feeling surge through her. Her eyes drawn to the same spot she always took, the oak pew that wasnt in the back, but not in the front. It sat to the left of the temple, she never was the one to take front and center.

Sunlight shown in through the picture glass above it. It was a beautiful piece of art, one that she still haven't decided what it depicted. She knew it was a man, cradling a woman, but what the meaning was, she wasnt sure. She fixed her pastel blue dress, the skirt folding around her as she knelt.  Her hair was loosely tied in a bun at the nape of her neck, her scales shimmered in the soft sunlight that shown through the temples windows. As she closed her eyes, a picture of Mura was painted in her mind. She knew her goddess didn't live here, but knew that her voice would be heard. It was true that this place seemed to bring back memories of home. Ones that she would never allow her self to think about in the confinements of her inner apartment. It seemed sad to her to think of her loved ones back home in a dark, windowless, room.

She opened her eyes after a short and silent prayer. She moved her self up to the pew, sitting down and looking up at her favorite window. Once again her mind went back to what it was supposed to depict. She liked to believe that it was a man holding his lover tenderly, but something told her that it much more then that. She moved her body towards it, leaning on the far end of the pew, draping her hand over the side, as her mind went to deciding what the story was behind the beauty of the stained glass window.
