While she got comfortable in her stool, repositioning more than on one occasion as Yuri was constantly shifting to gain a better field of vision over the area, the level of interest for her was stacking up. For as long as Yuri had been in Sunberth, Jurik's fencing operation was well known through the area to the underworld denizens. He did not care who was dead, the more important the person was before they got murdered, the better for business. The human stole the most valuable jewelry he could find in the catacombs and mines below the city, but most of the work was handled by paid thugs.
If he was having a less than worthwhile season, he'd get jewelry from the graves, then gave it the appearance of other extremely valuable materials. It is rumored that he has a mage to do his forgery with documents, items and helping his goon do crimes undetected, but no one has been really able to confirm such things. Whoever has asked too many questions to the man was quickly silenced, no traces of them left while their valuables were sold for profit. A dirty business that Yuri has been very inclined to deal with for the last three years, but it wasn't out of the question to raid him. He did make vulgar gestures to her with rising frequency, so it was time to for payback and her fair share of the loot.
A chuckle slipped out, "Hehe, that man Jurik is soft indeed. I am in, and I shan't back out till the end. I've dealt business with him before, so I can gain access through passageway he has set for regular and trusted customers. Inside, there is contact books and a ledger of all his business records in a back room. There is pressure plates that when you step on them, a trap door opens up to spikes below and a trip wire with poisonous darts. He has them active during non-business hours, which would most likely be now if he hasn't changed sleeping schedule," continuing to note her own observations from curious experiments. As he was a dangerous individual, she knew that in order to keep herself safe, she had to know her friends better than her enemies.
"Although," Yuri began to mention, on the verge of doubt permeating her tone. "This isn't update, about a week. So anything could of changed," she stated and clarified. It was to avoid blame mostly.
An uncommon albeit low hissing sound was emitted from Yuri's throat, half way a purr and a grunt. On one hand, her excitement to rob a man and gain information was pleasing her. Then, the ugly and disgusting zith that slowly inched closer and closer to the group was becoming irritating to her. She knew nothing of him, his existence was of little importance and he was a threat to the operation. She'd be damned if he was gonna ruin the whole thing.
"And, that thing is starting to wear out its welcome," she leaned close to Ulric and others who were close, whispering loud enough for them to hear but to keep the beast unawares.
