The Konti backed up watching Bones. She noticed that she really hurt his nose. Iris was surprsed and excited for a minute. She has never felt a rush like that in her entire life. The healer was actually smiling. Because she stood up for herself. Normally Iris was against fighting but when she was in danger she landed a blow!
The Konti never really hit anyone that hard before. And she thought to herself "I'm doing really good for my first sparring session. Maybe I'm not so bad at this after all."
That's when Iris realized what she had done. She HURT someone. That was against her religion. Instantly Iris dropped the Gladius out of her right hand and ran over to Bones. She tried to grab hold of his nose with her left hand's fingertips. The Konti HAD to make the man feel better. It took so much out of Iris, it all came crashing down.
Fun and games were over. She knew she shouldn't have tried fighting. It took so much out of the Konti emotionally. Her job was to make people feel better. Not to make them feel bad. Iris continued to try and grab hold of Bones' nose and she yelled in his face very loud trying to get him to go along with what she felt that she NEEDED to do. She had a look of worry on her face. She thought Rak'keli would be disappointed in her for inflicting pain.
"Hold still please? Let me heal you. I'm so sorry I hurt you."
