Real Reflection Inner peace, a well sought after thing and most seek more self-control, meaning a way to hold back the demons within, or just to put a mask over their emotions, whatever the reason people may find peace in the walls of Real Reflection. Here within the many open spaces of Real Reflection one may place themselves into a quiet area, surrounded by nothing and no one but nature, should they choose or they could ask kinu’urnak for some training in the ways of meditation, should they he will take them into an area and train them personally. Though there may only be a very short time for him to teach them he gets as much knowledge across as he can. For the purpose of this place is not to charge but to help, one must be healthy in both mind and body. The whole of Real Reflection is built around a set of large branches, each one having had a set of grape vines grown around the outside, boarding the walls off from the outside and the inside to help keep peoples meditations private and secluded, as well as to help the meditator concentrate. It is also asked that when a person enters they pick and eat one of the grapes from the vine, as these grapes help focus and sharpen the mind allowing one to enter into a state of relaxed meditation more easily than without. Open to the elements from above the whole of Real Reflection, people may meditate inside under the shade and protection of the tree tops or they may meditate within the light, though some often choose to meditate in the rain, the irregular pounding of the rain often helping them focus by drowning out the other sounds around them. As a loud sounds often distract from one concentrating. As well as Kinu’urnak there is one trainee that helps out with Real Reflection and an Ethaefal, which helps kinu. The most grievous and troubling was the recent loss of his eldest daughter. Cutting him like a knife to the heart, when she died so did a piece of him. Still his meditation helped him through, through his many years of teaching himself to restrain his emotions and put on a brave face. Dealing with his losses is a hard thing for him to do but he soldiers on through it all.
