Winter, 23rd 512AV

Vaspira left he Suvan Sea after her mothers death not knowing where she was going. As a Kelvic socialization and companionship is a must. The only person she ever had was her mother. Now that she is gone, Vaspira felt cold and dead inside. While on a her journey she started to get an intense pull towards The Spires. Vaspira did not question this, much anyways, she just followed her instincts and came to The Spires. She was surprised and amazed at all the nature that surrounded the place, it almost felt like home, almost.

Once she entered The Spires the pull became stronger, she tried to ignore as she explored the different petals. But the pull was restless, becoming harder to ignore. So Vaspira finally stopped touring The Spires and decided just to follow her instincts and go where they told her to go.

Vaspira finally came upon a small wooden structure. The pull had stopped, but now there was a aroma that had a intense tantalizing scent that could not be ignored. Vaspira kept sniffing the air, inhaling the scent deeply feeling almost drunk on it. She shook her head to clear it and looked around to see if anyone was around.

She could not see anyone around the Shring of Navre, so she grinned and stripped all her clothes off shoving them into her backpack. She hid her things deep with in some bushes so they would not be seen by no one.

Vaspira could not help but release the sigh of relief at having her clothes off. She hated wearing clothes, they were too constricting and itchy. She did not mind walking around in the nude, but she wore clothes out of respect for the easily embarrassed. Vaspira shook her long mane of ebony hair out and stretched her body. Feeling at peace and at home, she shifted into a black leopard and gave a little happy roar at being in her Kelvic form.

Vaspira double checked to make sure no one was around, she should feel safe in this place but it still was unknown to her, and one can never know when danger may strike. Once she decided the coast was clear, Vaspira went up to the small shrine and stretched out beside it. All her fears and worries and even depression seemed to disappear as she came to the shrine. It felt like a heavy load being lifted off of her, she felt light and happy for the first time in months. Vaspira purred happily as she curled up and fell asleep.

The Shrine to Navre

Postby Vaspira on December 24th, 2012, 10:20 am

Vaspira awoken from a dead sleep startled. She jumped up and went on the offensive, her fur standing on end. She searched around and could not find any danger, so she assumed it was just out of habit. Vaspira was used to waking up from a nap or from her sleep having to attack something or someone. It was all out of habit, but she was content that this time it was all just a false alarm. Vaspira settled down her nerves and sat there bathing her fur, basking in the way the shrine made her feel.

She loved it here, she felt as though she was protected by something or someone. It was a welcoming change from always protecting herself. It was as if her mother was her, watching over her. Though she knew that was not it at all. Vaspira finished her licking bath and let a growled sigh as she peered around.

The shrine was beautiful and made her feel great. But she still felt as though she was missing something. She did not know what it was that she was missing, but the feeling of emptiness still lingered in her Kelvic soul. Maybe it was because she was not bonded or it may be simply that she had not made any friends in this city yet and lacked companionship. As she sat there and kept pondering the possibilities of why she still felt emptiness she started to feel a little pathetic.

Why am I just sitting her in my pity? I should be getting up and finding what ever it is that I need to be complete!

Vaspira growled becoming angry at herself. She did not like wallowing in self pity, and she was not going to start now. Vaspira leaped up into the air and landed in her naked human form. She walked over to the bushes where she placed her things and dug in her back pack pulling out her mothers bladed cloak. The residents were just going to have to deal with her being naked underneath. She hated the itchiness of her clothes and it was becoming a issue. She was so used to not wearing clothes that she was developing a small rash on her skin where it rubbed up against her. Vaspira hoped that wearing no undergarments would be more comfortable, but alas it was not. She donned on the cloak and buttoned it up where it covered her breasts and groin area. Some of her upper thighs and below were visible and it was cold. But it was better than wearing clothes, that was for damn sure.

Vaspira looked back at the shrine with a tearful gaze. Saddened at the fact that she had to leave so a serene place. She wiped her eyes and threw her back pack over her shoulder and sighed. It was time for another journey, Vaspira would stay in The Spires for a few more days. But if she did not find what she was looking for, then it was off to somewhere else. Her search would continue till she died. She hated the feeling of being lost and empty, but more than anything she missed her mother. Her mother would of known what to do, what was ailing her, how to fix everything. But she wasn't here now to do all that, it was only Vaspira. I guess that it was all apart of growing up and being on ones on.

Vaspira shrugged her shoulders and placed her confident, unemotional face on and walked out of the Shrine of Navre in search of something unknown..
