Baywatch Apartments are an exquisite set of residencies for the wealthy to relax in extreme comfort with one of the best views of the city at their constant disposal. Stuccoed white walls and curvaceous architecture make up the foundation of the building, but despite the starkness of the outside of the apartments the furnishings within are bright and varied. There are very few actual furniture elements, having been removed in favor of cushions, mats, and silks. In fact nearly every surface of floor space is like stepping on comfort, and even for all the trouble this must provide in cleanliness there is never a speck of dirt to be seen, for the proprietor of the Baywatch Apartments: Linison and Hane, are both extremely tidy souls who abhor filth and have a love for the exquisite and grand. Linison loves to say that there are no suites in his apartments because every single space is equally wonderful, and this is entirely true. Each room while different in positioning and shape shares a large balcony overlooking the bay and is filled to the brim with pillows and cushions, featuring a large grounded plush mattress, and a plethora of shelves to make up for the lack of closets and dressers. The bedroom is generally separated by rice paper divides and a small hallways leads to a tantalizing bathroom with an inset bath that stretches across an entire length of wall and can easily fit 6 people. Suite Rooms are available in a variety of sizes with all of the above mentioned furnishings along with a private bath and sauna for added relaxation. He saved and saved until and about 25 years ago set up the apartments which turn a pretty penny and never leave a tenant unsatisfied. Their inherent wish to please females remains, and clientele can utilize his services of seduction for the price of 30 GM per hour.
