Winter 12th 512AV
Durvekral decided to simply wander around Alvadas. Beyond the reasoning that this city rearranged on a whim, aimless wandering would suffice because he wasn't exactly sure how to find the items for which he was searching. He wasn't interested in the cleanest cart in Alvadas or the the most colorful storefront. He was looking for something a bit...more dubious.
He was looking for supplies. He figured that he'd been in this town long enough. It was time to identify a local shop where he could procure some of these not-so-legal items. This kind of stuff was easy in a town like Sunberth or even Ravok. However, he was finding Alvadas to be a bit more difficult. Quite frankly, he was surprised that these people were so committed to this charade of order and cooperation. By all appearances, these people were more interested in frivolous illusions and pranks than they were anything else. This was something that Durvekral had not expected. He had assumed that a more sinister nature of this ever-shifting city would have made itself known by now.
Still, he did have one lead. It didn't point to a weapons dealer but to poisons which were potentially even more valuable. He had gathered many different resources. He knew of a few colleagues, more than a few enemies and a handful of victims who used different material sources. He thought of every reputation that he had ever heard for various professions. He even did a bit of spying and eavesdropping around Alvadas.
All of his work yielded a list of 6 possible candidates. He had, since, narrowed his selection down to one individual. From his understanding, there was a Dhani behind The Great Maw who would be able to help him. He didn't know if he was looking for a street vendor, a store front or even just a unique house. In fact, he didn't know what he was looking for. He had all day, though, and it was early yet. His confidence was high that he would eventually find the Dhani.
