Hi Nai'a,

The content in the books seemed to have been plagiarized from a variety of sources, including here, here, here, here. While I appreciate that you have attempted to rephrase some of the content, the fact remained that you kept the content more or less intact. This makes it extremely jarring when I read things like "antispasmodic agent", various modern scientific-latin names, and the fact that the content reads like a modern text rather than something out of the medieval setting that Mizahar is.

OOCOkay it has been deleted. As I said above my post I was not sure if I could use the herbs, and to PM me if I could not. Though no matter how I rewrite it would be plagiarizing because it is not information in my own mind, it is information from sites as well as book from other individuals who gained information from someone else themselves, so when ever I figure out how to rewrite the whole thing I will just redo the whole posting process, so you can just delete the whole thread

Nai'a,

You can use the herbs. It's not the using of the herbs that is the problem here, it's the way of which you portrayed your content. A copy and paste with some rephrasing is a very lazy way to do it. I agree, the knowledge has to come from somewhere, but that doesn't mean that you can't internalize it and let it come out naturally. There are many other ways to learn about herbs besides the internet. You can talk to people who know about it, read books, experiment and try it out yourself, etc.

Do you get what I'm saying here? It's fine to research and take knowledge from the internet, but what we want to see here is something new, something original. So take that knowledge, internalize it and wrap it up in an original story and plot so that it doesn't exist anywhere else in the world except on Miz.
