Suka’s Leathers is the primary location for quality goods, armour and anything else one can think of that can be fashioned from the hides of Falyndar’s unlikely fauna. Situated within the Trading Square of the city it is a place many a Myrian warrior, seasoned or not, will visit frequently if they wish to remain alive for long. The jungles are dangerous and the wares that Suka fashions, sells or exchanges for equal payment of goods are a boon to those who brave them. An essential part of the community he is accepted by most without argument, content as he is to remain in his proper place, and trades particularly well with the hunters of Taloba – a mutual partnership of benefit to both parties. A former soldier in the Taloban Army he served for twelve years until a fight with a particularly devious Dhani rendered his left leg inappropriate for combat. He can be seen limping upon it still, the scars forming the lattice upon the twisted flesh there, and the tattoo of the story across his back, worn with pride. Suka prefers to trade for the items his customers require, goods of higher value than currency in his line of work. Still, currency is accepted easily enough if nothing else is deemed of value for even Suka has a need for that which the Barbarians covet so.   Suka of The Lost Grove Name: Suka of The Lost Grove Race: Myrian DoB: Autumn 56th, 473 AV PoB: Taloba Skills: Leatherworking – 72; Tanning – 63; Sewing – 56; Armourer - 48 Gladius - 31 Gnosis: Myri 2 Suka is an ex-soldier in the Taloban Army and is as such well versed in the areas surrounding Taloba. His career was ended in a fateful attack by Dhani upon his Fang from which there were only two survivors – himself and his leader. He grew despondent after his long recovery, his career ended by the savaging of his left leg which now is merely capable of a limp and pains him often. He found solace, after a time, by taking up under Gathut as an apprentice Leatherworker for the Taloban Army and the citizens of the city. He hates Dhani with a passion and Half-breeds are frowned upon though tolerated as long as they are fighting for Myri. After Gathut’s death in the Djed Storm of 512, pinned by the collapsing of a portion of the stone building within which he plied his trade, Suka took up after him and continued the business. It took some seasons for his home to be repaired but now is open once more. A relatively morose figure the only ones he tends to smile or converse overly long with are from the Army and all others will merely get what is required to fulfill their needs. His tall, muscular form is usually found sat at a wooden table, lame leg splayed out to the side as he performs his various duties.   Rates Suka prefers to trade his creations for materials and will often make necessary items if the customer provides the material as he sees his job as fundamental to the survival of the Myrians. Destruction: 4th of Fall

The fires had caught up to his shop, engulfing Suka’s pride and joy. To the horror of those watching, Suka made one last effort to retrieve some items from within the burning hut, only to be swallowed entirely as the building collapsed.
