The Commerce and Trade Commission Owned, staffed and operated entirely by the Syliran Knighthood or those very closely associated with them, the office of the Commerce and Trade Commission regulates incoming and outgoing shipments that reach the Great Harbor. No ship comes in or goes out of the harbor without registering with the Commission first. They inspect the goods of the incoming and outgoing ships for integrity and legitimacy and every ship that enters the Great Harbor is subject to their jurisdiction or they risk being put to the torch or blown to bits by the Syliran warships. The Knights charge a fair and reasonable price for docking within the Great Harbor based on the ship’s size, purpose, and cargo that serves as the tax for imported and exported goods.
