Hello one and hello all.
Shinzu Kaesar is a newcomer to the city of Nyaka, and is currently bored out of his mind. So if you want to start off an awesome RP with him, that'll be swell.
He is open to anything really. Well, at least anything that is within the realms of possibility. Starting a fight, helping out a stranger, doing some sort of random quest, or just networking and forming new relations. [Anything to get over this RP drought]
