Appearance

Simon is a man who stands about 5’9” and weights about 160lb. His skin is smooth and somewhat pale, with the exception of the bagging under his eyes. His face is often seen either with an emotionless expression that gives off an ominous atmosphere around him, or one that’s filled with joy. His hair is a golden hazel colour with occasionally blonde strands here and there, and is often kept short. His eyes are light blue, but sometimes appear dark blue in the shade. Just under his eyes are bags of dark skin. The skin isn’t too dark, but just dark enough to distinguish it from the other surfaces of his skin. The bagging was created from sleepless nights, and cannot be removed even with the required amount of sleep.

Simon is a fan of hiding in the shadows, so the colour of his clothing is dark and dreary. Wearing a dark grey T-shirt that looks slightly worn, a long black jacket that covers his body from the knees up, and long black pants with slightly tattered ends, Simon is able to wander around the alleys with low visibility and avoid detection.

During Simon's Terror runs, He wears a black hooded cloak and 'The Night Mask'. The reason for this to to prevent people knowing who he is and prevents trouble from the local authorities. The night mask is a white mask that have red paint on it that looks like bloody tears. The expression on the mask gives off an ominous atmosphere that help when trying to cause fear.

Personality

Simon’s personality is a bit scattered due to being slightly insane by nature, and not understanding his identity as himself. He'll sometimes act like a cold and foreboding individual, and at other times he'll be as happy as child who just wants to have fun. It really depends on how Simon feels and what situation he's in. However, when Simon is on one of his scare runs, he does his best adjusts his personality to one that a person finds indimidating. For example a Silent, weeping man with a child's voice. Although, no matter how he acts, one thing is always stay the same. The one thing is his love for fear.

Making people scream and cower is something Simon craves and desires. He doesn’t want to inflict direct injures to the person, such as stabbing, punching or any physical contact between him and the person. Instead, Simon likes to attack the mind of the person, making them have an emotional breakdown, or even cause self-inflicting harm. Despite those ill intentions, Simon does his best to spread what the meaning of fear is, and why it’s such a good emotion and concept.

Because Simon is a lover of causing true emotions, He has developed a silent hatred for people marked with gnosis that manipulates their emotions. He won’t express his true feelings it to the person’s face, nor will he shake his fist angrily at the gods above. Instead, he does his best to avoid or interact with the marked individual.

Despite his love for causing fear and terror, Simon ironically developed an irrational fear of the deep ocean due to trauma in his childhood stage. Simon finds the sight of the ocean repulsive and will never go near it. However, he has no trouble with small lakes and rivers.

History

-Born in Zeltiva from his mother Alice and James Oracle.
-Joined his mother on a ship and almost drowned in the ocean.
-Attended the university his father was in and learned basic magic, Hypnotism and Morphing.
-Learned that making others scared concealed his own fear.
-Using his new found lust for fear to get information from people, and used it to get a job.
-Asked parents if he could move out, they accepted.
-Moved to Syliras.

Grandfather's Notes

This Heirloom is a book that was given to Simon during his early years at the University before he dropped out. The book has Vincent's knowledge of basic magic and and methods on how to learn them. The book contains basic knowledge on the magic disciplines: Hypnotism, Morphing and Shielding. As well as ways to calm one's self, such as meditation. This book as been passed down from Simon's Grandfather to Simon's father to him.

 

Mask

The Night Mask

This mask, along with a black cloak, serves two purposes. One it hides Simon's Identity so that those he terrorises don't know who he is, preventing them from telling the local guards his identity. The second is to add to the ominous or horrific atmosphere Simon is trying to make. This mask was bought a long time ago by Simon's mother, And was one of the various things he took with him when he moved out of his parents place.
