While Sylira is by far the most civilized region of Mizahar, countless surprises and encounters await the traveler in its rural wilderness. Called the Wildlands, Syliran's wilderness is comprised of gradual rolling hills in the south that become deep wilderness in the north. Ruins abound throughout the wildlands, and only the well-marked roads are safe.

"I have no idea what you mean."

Raven's eyebrow raised at the young man's response, there was no way that everything he did was completely instinctive, of that she was certain. But she did understand that he was probably just effortlessly sexy, for the most part.

"I'm sure you don't." she said sarcastically, flashing him a teasing wink before returning her gaze ahead. If he was going to be aloof then she wouldn't pry, Raven had a knack for uncovering secrets without too much effort.

As they walked she felt him gently bump against her hip, every small bump reminding her of the beautiful man walking beside her. Then, as if their miniature collisions weren't enough he decided to flex his muscles against her, causing another small heat wave to spread across her body just like back at the tree.

She noticed him fiddling with the sword, it didn't look like he was familiar with the feel of one in his hand. "I hope the squires not too upset that I temporarily borrowed(stole) his spare sword. But hey I'm sure they rather I be out with a weapon than unarmed, if only they knew."
she finished with a confident laugh, as if she knew something they didn't.

Finally, after what seemed like a bell of walking, they arrived at The Seat, it's limestone formations looming over them as they entered through the large entrance. Once inside Raven couldn't help but gasp in awe of the beauty, the place seemed magical, from it's beautiful waterfalls and green flora to it's glow which gave her a feeling of safety. "Wow...See? Aren't you glad you came?"

After a few chimes of simply admiring the place and it's beauty Raven became regrettably aware that she was, once again alone with the handsome young man, in the middle of nowhere. She bit her lip as her imagination began to wander, her head filling with images and ideas.

She figured that they were here, they might as well enjoy themselves while they were here, so the wheels in her head began to turn. She turned to him, gripping his firm upper bicep with one hand, pressing her body against his arm while her other hand rested on his chest(which would no doubt begin to flex soon enough) "You wasted your first chance, don't ruin the second." her voice filled with a suggestive teasing tone before she pulled away, walking sensually toward the nearest pool of water.

Raven turned her head back to the handsome young man, a naughty smile on her face, "How about a swim...to cool down." although she was hoping it might lead to getting heated. Slowly she pulled off her boots and pants followed by her corset and underwear leaving her completely naked. She was facing away from him so all he would see was her firm bare backside and curves as she turned her head back, amber eyes locking onto crystal blue ones, giving him and enticing look before turning and stepping into the cool pool infront of her.

She kept walking forward until the water reached just above her 'chest' the water blocking her naked body from sight. The water was refreshingly cool in contrast to the harsh heat of the summer sun. Raven continued to wade through the water until she stood directly beneath one of the small waterfalls, her hair now soaked as well. She didn't once turn to see whether Matthew was joining her or not, certain that he would...in his own time.

[The Seat Of The World] Secret Excursion (Matthew)

He wanted to scramble around like a little child, touching curious fingertips to every little piece of rock and water held inside of this place. His head spun back and forth, soaking it all in, eyes dancing from natural wonder to natural wonder. His body tightened as he resisted the urge to dart off, childish instincts that he was unaware he still had welling up deep inside of him. The beauty of the outdoors was so incredible compared to the stuffy indoors, especially compared to the fortress city he was now heading to. For a moment, he was bitter that he hadn't become a man of the woods. His fear of the Wildlands came from the fact that he knew it was incredibly dangerous, and that he knew he couldn't handle any of those dangers. He was helpless when it came to the more physical confrontations, and he doubted that he would be able to scare an angry monster away with his mind. He wouldn't mind learning how to scare them away with a blade or flame if it meant there were more wonders out there exactly like this one. Taking a breath and nibbling his lower lip nervously, he stretched out some long fingers, brushing them just slightly against some nearby mossy rock. He nearly giggled with delight, barely managing to keep his face straight, a hint of an astonished smile peeking out around his calm exterior. Her question reached his ears, and he absentmindedly nodded. Yes, he was glad he came.

Attention turned to her as she took ahold of his arm, blue eyes turning from wonder to desire in a second, the switch automatically flipping in his mind. He glanced down at her, his chest responding as she predicted, a single line of definition caressing her cheek softly. He instinctively smiled at her tone, responding to her teasing in kind, words soft and whispered for only her ears. "But if I waste this one, do I get a third? A fourth? A fifth? I dare say that I enjoy our adventures, all alone. Though I doubt I would act any differently if there were people here to watch." His own tone was breathy, his eyes slowly darkening as the suggestions started to swirl across the surface.

Soon she turned, swaying towards the edge of the nearby pond. Her intentions were obvious, and as she undressed, he intensified his gaze. Summoning just the slightest bit of Djed to his eyes, he brought her aura to flaring life, blocking out everything else that was flickering around him. When he ran his eyes up and down her bared backside, he wanted to make sure she could feel his gaze. Make sure she knew he was admiring her. His Auristics came in handy for things that people probably didn't even think of when they were studying, and those reasons had been exactly why he had learned. The pieces continued to play out in his head, inner logic dictating each step that outer seductiveness would take. When she turned to give him a look, she would perhaps be delighted to find that he was transfixed on what he had revealed.

As she stepped deeper and deeper into the cold water, he stepped up to the shore. Regardless or not of what was going to happen, he was always ready for a dip in such pure-looking water, especially during this time of year. Summers were almost painfully hot in Syliria, at least to his skin. He made plenty of noise as he moved along the edge of the water, rustling his clothes to hopefully draw her eventual attention. His strip was painfully slow and practiced, the movements of a man who knew his body was enjoyable for most to look at. His back arched as he tugged his shirt free, slick and sweaty muscles revealing themselves. His V hips squirmed slowly back and forth as he shimmied from his pants, undershorts just loose enough to hide what she might be wanting to see. His thumbs hooked the undershorts, teasing the waistband around a bit before a horrible smirk crossed his lips. Biting his lip, never removing his eyes from either hers or her back, he stepped into the water and soaked himself from the waist up. Moving gracefully and slowly, his bottom half hidden, he removed the shorts and tossed them to shore.

He moved further into the pond, finding it was shallow enough to keep something under his feet at all times. He noted her slim shoulders and raven-black hair, jealous enough to wonder if his own hair looked at all attractive messily stuck to his forehead. He found a small waterfall a few steps from her, and followed her lead, stepping underneath it and arching back. The water soaked his upper half and his hair, and he let loose an extremely suggestive sigh of pleasure, hands running down his definition as if to push the water to each bit of skin. He opened his eyes, running hands through his hair, ducking his head away from the water as he smiled at her. "Remind me to keep you on hand if I ever need to cool off. You do such a fine job of keeping it so very interesting."

Raven bit her lip in anticipation as she heard the ruffling of clothes and the splashing of water coming from behind her. She made sure not to take a peak, although she really wanted to, allowing him to have his privacy.

His suggestive sigh was her signal that it was okay to look and look she did. He was standing under another mini waterfall not far from her, although his seemed much shallower since only his lower body was submerged, leaving her with the view of his wet muscled body.

Another bite of the lip, something that she seemed to be doing quite often lately, her gaze following all the bulges of muscle and contours of his body as the water ran down it. She didn't know how long she could keep up this little game if mercy, waiting to see who would give in to their desires first. She cursed at the water, for hiding his 'point of interest' from her gaze, her curiosity getting the better of her.

"Remind me to keep you on hand if I ever need to cool off. You do such a fine job of keeping it so very interesting."

She couldn't help but smirk at his words, her deep red lips tilting up at the ends as she watched him from a distance. The reflection of the light on the water causing patterns to dance across his beautiful body. "Cool off? I had the opposite in mind." she teased, motioning for him to come closer with her finger, beckoning him toward her.

[The Seat Of The World] Secret Excursion (Matthew)

He gave her what she wanted, the smile staying painted to his lips as he moved towards her. Now that he was fully bared to her searching eyes, she could truly see how the man had even worked on his walk. His body rippled with a lithe cat-like grace, his steps confident and sure. He took his time getting to her, wanting her to have ample time to take every inch of him in, wanting her to enjoy and hunger for his eventual touch. When he stepped close enough for her to be inside of his Hypnotic aura, he teased the air with his magic, instinctively painting a picture around them. He wasn't direct with anything prying, choosing to leave her mind alone and focus on the feelings crowding around him. His blue eyes practically glimmered with a light as the tension rose, his aura teasing hers with horrible ideas. The air was practically thick with promises, thoughts of what he could do with that body easily there for her to pick out and relish. He didn't use his power to give her something that wasn't already there. He merely used it to strengthen the incredibly heated tension already in the air.

Strong hands took her to him, his body finally pressing wetly to hers, both of them nearly submerged to their necks. His muscle pressed to her in all the right places, cupping and cradling to her womanly curves, eagerly pushing against them. One strong hand took her sloped hip, fingertips tracing the skin before taking a firm and confident hold. His other hand stroked up her shoulder, slipping behind her neck and threading long fingers through soaked hair. He let out a sigh, imagining intense hunger and then the satisfaction of getting that hunger fulfilled. The sigh echoed out, sounding like an incredible longing had just been quenched.

He slightly arched with the sigh, but then glanced his heated blue eyes down to her, face suddenly becoming serious. For a moment, she might worry something was wrong... but it was only Matthew.

It was only a piece of the puzzle clicking into place.

He swirled his magic, and pushed heat into it. The tension in the air shifted, no longer teasing, but now direct and forward. A husky growl echoed from his throat, a dangerous fire burning inside of his steady gaze. His body pressed tighter to hers, and suddenly, his fingers on her hip slipped to take a firm hold of her backside. His hand twisted in her hair, wrapping the long locks around his fingers, tugging her head back just enough so they looked each other right in the eye. His body now took the first move for control, screaming of dominance. Even more importantly, it screamed he had everything required to follow up on every single thing his body, eyes, and aura were hinting at doing. He lowered his head, body tense against hers, taunt like some sort of pent-up primal animal. Soft lips hovered inches from hers, and he spoke, throaty and dangerous, sounding like a completely different man. Like she was uncovering something tucked away. "Did you ever wonder if you were in over your head? If you were going to grow weak at the knees, longing in your stomach, breathless in your throat?"

Puzzle pieces shuffled around and clicked. With her confidence and natural beauty, had she ever had a man who was confident enough to step up and skillfully take the lead? He was gambling that she had not. His hips pressed to hers, and he was fully felt, finally giving her an idea of what she was wanting to know. "Or is that what you needed to feel, Raven?" He spoke her name with the essence of lust itself dripping from his lips.

Raven bit her lip as she watched Matthew wading through the water towards her, his every movement making her heart beat faster. She was mesmerised by this man, everything about him was perfect, as if he was made for this...for lust.

He pulled her body against his, the heat contrasting that of the cold water. His hands explored her, eyes locked on his. A small moan escaped her lips he tugged at her hair, their lips now only inches apart, yearning to touch.

"Did you ever wonder if you were in over your head? If you were going to grow weak at the knees, longing in your stomach, breathless in your throat?"

Everything about him seemed to be different yet the same, as if his normal demeanour had intensified to the point where it was at a whole new level. She swallowed nervously as he pressed her against himself, giving her the full feel of him.

"Or is that what you needed to feel, Raven?"

Raven's arms slid up his body wrapping tightly around his neck, her breathing was now heavy, beating against his lips which hovered only an inch from hers. Finally, after an immense amount of restraint, she caved. "You win." and with those two words, dripping with desire. Finally she gave in to the overwhelming lust.

[The Seat Of The World] Secret Excursion (Matthew)

Postby Matthew on July 17th, 2013, 3:48 am

It was all a blur.

Dripping bodies, either with water or sweat. It was too hard to tell. They weren't paying attention. Curvy slopes and solid muscle crashed together, pressing each other against a nearby stone wall, against the shore, against a tree. It was a tangle of wetness and heat, lips and tongue, fingers and touch. Loud cries and even louder slaps of skin against skin. When it seemed to be done, it turned out it had merely just began to start all over again.

More heat, bodies working each other to the point of pain, only to desperately work some more.

What seemed like hours later Matthew lay on the shore, undershorts lazily tugged up his hips and his entire body soaking wet and aching. The only thing that had stopped the blazing blur of their moment had been the sun peaking above the horizon, an alarm that their combined caravan was soon to be looking for them. He stretched out, muscles popping and groaning as he slowly sat up. He spotted the borrowed sword sitting nearby, and flexed out slightly-shaky fingers for the hilt, dragging it over to him. All in all, he was satisfied. He had solved the puzzle almost completely. It was still missing one piece though, and his eyes glanced over to find her, scanning to see how she was faring. While his pleasure was a second thought, hers had been at the forefront of his mind the entire time, and he wanted to make sure he had made good on everything he had told her he would do. Everything his eyes and body had told her he would do.

"We need to move, or they will have a search party out." He gave her an apologetic smile, not wanting to be the bearer of bad news. He glanced a regretful look around the place, marveling one last time at the gorgeous scenery. He would have to come back here sometime when he had another caravan to travel with. He nearly grimaced, remembering his bitter thoughts of before. How he hated not being able to come back here alone.

The sword dangled from his grip, and he rose, body continuing to crackle and pop. If she needed his help, he would be as polite as always, offering a strong arm and a firm hand while looking around for the rest of his clothes.

Raven laid there on the soft ground in a light slumber, the exploits of herself and Matthew had left her exhausted and so very satisfied, beyond satisfied. She had gotten more than she bargained for, it was the best kind of surprise. She stirred from her daytime nap rolling over onto her side, she wore only her black bottom underwear, her body still gleaming, covered in liquid.

"We need to move, or they will have a search party out."

It seemed she had stirred just in time to hear his words, she sat up, her body aching slightly from their many successive activities. She reached up using his strong hand to pull herself to her feet, her legs wobbled a bit, still slightly weak from the exertion. She stretched herself out before reaching for her leather pants and pulling them on, followed by her boots and finally her corset.

The entire time she had a smug, satisfied smirk on her face, although she didn't say a word. While they got dressed she flashed him suggestive gazes every so often, admiring his body and what it was capable of.

"Okay I'm ready to go."

[The Seat Of The World] Secret Excursion (Matthew)

Postby Matthew on July 17th, 2013, 7:11 pm

Matthew felt distant, something bugging him at the edge of his mind. While the serenity of nature had calmed him before, now it seemed to make him nervous. There was something wrong, something off, and he had no idea what it was. His instincts weren't cut out for this place, and he wondered if it was just his nervousness of the unknown returning to haunt his mind. He offered her a smile, but his crystal eyes did not look at her, glancing left and right instead. Paranoia rising deep within the pit of his stomach, he swirled some Djed around that feeling, and sucked it up to flow through his lungs and throat. It flooded into his brain, and he exhaled, letting it stream slowly to his eyes. Djed filled his gaze, and auras peeked to life all around him, teasing at his sight with colors he could not understand. Two in particular yanked at his attention though, right before his sight flickered and vanished. Two of the auras were breathing. He stepped back, body coiling into a crouch, both fear and adrenaline shooting through his veins as he realized what this meant. "Raven!" He whispered harshly under his breath, sky blue eyes burning in the direction he had seen the flicker of life.

Two men staggered from the treeline, breathing hard, their bodies cut and torn. They were ragged and skinny, matted with dried blood and dirt. They looked murderous, dark eyes shining with something Matthew had never seen on any civilized humans. One clutched a rusted and crimson-stained blade, while the other one had a single dagger sheathed on his hip. They seemed just as surprised to see Matthew as the Harlot was to see them, eyes darting back and forth between him and Raven.

They reacted quickly, both blades coming forth as they slowly advanced, one of them growling out some words with wheezing breath. "Our lucky day, eh. We come to a haven, and we find a brat and his toy." He paused, eyes roaming over Raven, toothy grin tugging at his face. "Our toy, I mean." His pal chuckled, advancing with him, eyes flicking back and forth between Raven and Matthew. Matthew remained crouched, mind racing, not even remembering the sword in his grip for now. He didn't have any information stored for this sort of thing. He would have to search the library of his mind extra carefully to see if there was anything at all. He stepped further back, then grimaced, feeling the cold water lapping at his heels. They were penned in.

"We are just hungry. We need food. Mizas. Warmth. Do you have a caravan? I am sure they would like to share." They teased their blades in slow-spun circles, showing off a bit, slim and starving bodies slowly approaching. Matthew, oddly enough, had more faith that Raven could handle herself than he had faith in handling himself. She seemed the type to know how to handle herself around these sorts of men. Were there more of them, though?

Matthew wasn't the only one that noticed the change in the atmosphere as it shifted from peaceful to eery. They were just about to leave when Raven felt it, an ominous feeling looming overhead. Danger lying in wait.

The harsh sound of Matthew calling her name only confirmed what she had been dreading, her eyes followed his intense gaze, watching the location his were fixed on. Then, as if of cue, there was a rustling as two figures stepped out revealing themselves.

Raven wasn't close enough to smell them but the mere sight of them made her nose cringe in disgust, the look in their eyes almost savage. Her visage shattered for a moment before quickly recovering, shifting back to her calm, confident state. The men had weapons, one had a sheathed dagger, the other a battered old looking sword, both blades were drawn the moment their owners saw the young man and woman.

"Our lucky day, eh. We come to a haven, and we find a brat and his toy...Our toy, I mean."

At the sound of his words Raven felt as if she was overcome with nausea, the very idea of their filth anywhere near her pristine body was repulsive. Slowly they advanced, their eyes lapping at her form then darting to Matthew's and back to invading hers.

"We are just hungry. We need food. Mizas. Warmth. Do you have a caravan? I am sure they would like to share."

They didn't even attempt to make the words believable, although no one would be stupid enough to believe them even if they did. She felt Matthew take a step back beside her, 'No.' she thought to herself, her mentor's voice filling her mind. "It's okay to know you're scared, just never let your enemy know that."

Raven stood her ground, her expression was one of annoyance although worry bubbled deep beneath the surface. "The only way you're getting near me is over HIS dare body." she said, motioning towards Matthew, playing the 'my boyfriend will protect me' card.

"Alright, we can make that happen." came the man's wheezy voice as both men focused their gazes on the handsome young man standing a few feet away from her. "Watch our toy while I gut the brat." commanded the sword bearing bandit.

A small smirk appeared on Raven's face as the sword bearing bandit stepped towards Matthew, his sword ready to taste flesh while the other pointed his dagger threateningly at Raven although his attention was on his fellow bandit and Matt.

This was it, her opportunity to strike, and strike she did. Her foot shot forward kicking the bandit square in the chest with a loud thud which sent him stumbling backwards trying to regain his balance followed by a mini flying kick to the same area, this time sending the man off his feet and onto the ground with a grunt. "Men, always underestimating us woman."

The bandit jumped to his feet I less than three seconds now enraged at being humiliated, "You petching whore!" he shouted as he ran towards her with a small flurry of messy slashes with his dagger followed by a strong forward stabbing attack.

Raven reacted by leaning from side to side to avoid the flurry of diagonal slashes followed by a dive to avoid the last attack. She landed with a roll and jumped back to her feet just in time to barely avoid a horizontal slash by jumping backwards.

The moment the blade had passed her she sent a hard kick into his gut, the man shouted as he hunched over in pain, just in time for Raven to slam her knee upwards and into his forehead with a satisfying thud which sent the man onto his back where he stayed writhing in pain.

Raven was breathing heavily from the little bout and turned to see how Matthew was doing, hoping he hadn't been injured and wondering if he needed help. They needed to end this fast so that they could make a run for it.

[The Seat Of The World] Secret Excursion (Matthew)

Postby Matthew on July 18th, 2013, 4:01 pm

His dead body?

Matthew's eyes turned blank, a sign that he was struggling to prevent some sort of emotion from popping to the surface. He stared right at the girl, trying to figure out if she was just being coy or if she actually thought he was of some use in a fight. His eyes flicked back to the two advancing men, twisting fear continuing to rage in his stomach. He set his jaw, trying to straighten his thoughts and sort them, mind blurring through possible ways that he could handle this. Part of him wanted to surrender, take them back to the caravan, and let the armed members take care of the threat. But then, they looked like they wanted to make a little detour, and morality obviously dictated that him allowing Raven to be their detour was not appropriate. He would have stepped back again to give himself some more space, but was once again reminded of the water to his back. He felt it wasn' t best for him to go for a swim right now.

The sword reminded Matthew of its presence, and he glanced down at it, horribly unaware of how to use it. He merely had a few seconds to curse his helplessness, and the bandit was on him, sword smashing down in a lazy cleave. Matthew threw up his own sword, desperately trying to block, adrenaline pumping through his body. Their swords clashed together, and both men shouted out in surprise as they realized their equal calculations. The bandit had thought Matthew would put up more of a fight, with his pristine definition. Matthew had thought the man was frail, and wouldn't have any strength to his blow. The result of their clash was both of them tumbling back, splashing into the clear body of water behind Matthew.

He struggled, flailing, water and clothes filling his vision. The man was on top of of him, then on the side of him, then back on top of him again. He had no idea what was happening, and from the frenzied motions of his opponent, the bandit didn't either. They weren't in deep water, just in water that was high enough to obscure the details. It splashed and flew around, the two men a tangle of limbs and steel, Matthew somehow managing to avoid the blade of his aggressor. It was by pure luck, really. He would have to remember to thank some sort of God if he got through his. As if mocking the thought of Matthew getting through unharmed, he yelped out in surprise as cold iron slipped through his side in a minor cut. His own blade tip pressed against something, and in the panic of it all, he had the right mind to shove as hard as he could. The man on top of him yelled out, flopping off of Matthew, the harlot not even pausing to see what damage had been caused. He was up in a heartbeat, darting towards Raven.

Noticing she had practically taken care of her opponent with ease, he made a note to ask her about it later. Instead, he caught her gaze as he approached, calling out firmly. "Run!" He remembered the way they had came, and pointed himself at it, slowing down just a bit to make sure she would take off with him.
