Sei stepped into the open. His gauntlets were back at the apartment, and the only weapon he had with him was his longbow. He held it toward the ground, an arrow was placed loosely on the bowstring. He moved silently, the only sound that escaped was his breathing. The leaves in the Bronze Woods had littered the ground, causing the crunch under his feet. He placed on foot after the other, scanning the area with his eyes, and combing his location for game. He took in a deep breath and exhaled through his nose. It was cool, and the occasional gust of wind prickled his skin. He continued in his search, looking this way and that, searching for anything. He ducked under a tree branch and continued his silent hunt. As he pressed deeper into the woods, he began to notice the cooler temperature. He regretted not bringing his cloak, and he wanted to go back, but he pressed on. He listened to every sound, and tuned into the forests every move. If someone was tying their shoes, he'd be able to her it. He was getting anxious, and wanted to go wild, but this was the reason he was here. He took another deep breath, and exhaled through his nose.

He was only here to try a "civilized" hunt. He was trying to be more human, and because of this he decided to hunt in human form for once. He wanted to be more "normal" for her. He wanted her to like him. So here he was, nervous and anxious, hunting like a "Normal" man. He lifted his Longbow, and brought the bowstring to the corner of his lip using the arrow. He aimed for the center of a nearby tree, and launched the arrow. Keeping his position, he watched as the arrow hit a few inches away from his target. He then resumed his search for game, while thinking of her. He couldn't help it, and it wasn't because of her Ethanfeal beauty. Sure she was beautiful, but it was her personality and way of life that made her special. He was so wrapped up in his thoughts that he ran into a tree. He shook it off, and resumed his search while refocusing his senses on his hunt.

He caught sight of something, and instinctively lifted his bow, just as the figure blured past his eyes. He sense kicked in and he kept quiet, chasing after it. He walked after it, trying to keep his feet from making noise he could avoid. He began a light jog, and gave chase to the figure. He wasn't quite sure what it was, for he hadn't gotten a good look at the beast, so hopefully it was a good catch. He stayed silent, and made sure to stay alert, just in case whatever it was was dangerous. He made sure to scan his surroundings with his eyes, and caught a small glimpse of a figure in front of him, but once again, it moved away before he could see it clearly. He continued to follow it, looking around for it. It's just like playing hide-and-seek. If I look at it, It moves. He thought with a smile. He kept his bow lowered, and continued to scan the area, combing through it in search of the mysterious figure. He continued to plunge deeper into the woods, but by now he was probably past the woods.

He could smell it now, and from the scent, he was toying with a boar, but there were at least four of the same boar, but the smell was slightly less. That's when it hit him, and a happy grin played his face. A male or female boar, with four little piglets. Of the sweet smell of success. He searched around, and scaled and jumped up, grabbing hold of a branch after putting his bow between his teeth. He hauled himself onto the branch, and when he made it to his perch, he scanned the area for the boars. When he caught sight of Mama boar, he found that the piglets were with her. They were young, so they would probably stick to following her for another four seasons. He then had a plan, he notched back the bowstring with an arrow, and aimed for the boars side. He let the arrow fly, and smiled happily as it struck the boars neck. He wasn't aiming for the neck, but the result was the same as the boar dropped to the ground. It hadn't even had enough time to yelp, and as he jumped out the tree, he could hear the sad squeels of the piglets. He ran to the boar, and when he arrived he was happy to find the arrow had severed the jugular.

He removed an arrow from his quiver and looked at the piglets. All four had payed him no attention, their focus on their lost mother. Sei gripped one of the piglets, who squeeled in protest, and winced as he drove the arrow into its neck, and repeated the proccess three more times. He put the piglets in his rucksack, and struggled to drag the boar back to the city gates.

Notes :
Sei, I just want to note that with your novice skills, you really shouldn't be exaggerating his abilities.

Things like "If someone was tying their shoes, he'd be able to hear it" even if you're tiger Kelvic, it's not possible as you are a novice in Observation.

Also, the pin-point accuracy he had, hitting the jugular on a boar is obviously not novice-level skill...

This is not your first strike in overplaying your skills, you must realize Sei is a novice and the difficulties that came with being a novice. Appropriately playing by your skill level actually nets you more XPs than overplaying.

I'm giving you penalty in the form of less XPs. Please do note what I said in your future threads.
