This shining population center is considered the jewel of The Sylira Region. Home of the vast majority of Mizahar's population, Syliras is nestled in a quiet, sprawling valley on the shores of the Suvan Sea. [Lore]

It was a rather chilly day. Rain poured from the gloom above Syliras and covered the city in a thorough blanket of water. Despite the weather, the square remained packed with people. Not as much as on a sunny day, but one would still say the theatre was still busy. The Sorian siblings were entertaining as usual, even bringing standby-ers into the rain to dance around with them.
Hiwalani stepped into theatre square and made his way to the stair of the second floor. Upon reaching the second floor, he looked down at the performers below and tried to search out Amelia Sorian singing, playing the flute, or something of that nature. His eyes became lost in the constant movement of the people below, so he gave up and his attention wandered elsewhere. Maybe today he would make a new friend or two, but he had no specific plans today.
He leaned on the edge of the railing on the second floor listening to the rhythm of the rain along with the bustle of the square below. Not long after, he began to daze off. He looked at the scenery around him without actually taking anything in. It didn't look much different since he'd last been here, but he could point out what changed between no and the last time he visited here with his mother. He was going to spend the day taking in the scenery and maybe make a friend or two, but that wasn't certain. He stayed leaning on the railing possibly waiting for something to do.
