Zeltiva - Fall 513 Events

So, Zeltiva (in Sylira) is going through a period of unrest right now. Also, my character has just arrived in Zeltiva over an extremely long trip. She would like to see a friendly face. (Or if you aren't friendly, you're welcome too. One of the seasonal quests is to "take a walk down East Street and get your pocket picked.") The Fall challenges can be found here:
