(Syliras) Reimancy Initiation

Hey Syliras gang. After having been asked to initiate another PC for the 3rd time I've finally considered having Bolivar do a mass initiation thread for the benefit of all later this season.

Realize that while I do not have to particularly like you if your close enough to my PC for him to care about your well being he's not going to initiate you.
