She has deep, forest-green eyes that look distant, troubled, and seem to be filled with a strange burden of sorts. She has pale ivory skin and rosy cheeks. She usually wears a black heart-shaped Vinati with deep red floral markings at the sides, simple dark brown short-shorts, two sienna-colored Sontavs, and thick black traveling boots. Most of the time, she adds her favorite white sheepskin Katinu to her usual ensemble. PERSONALITY Brunhild did not have a very favorable past. Although she does not dwell upon it, the experience made her very nonchalant, unfeeling, and bland. She does not like to be mean or conceited, but can easily be angered by others, especially through disrespect and insulting jokes. She secretly has a sense of humor, but she does not show it to much people. It takes a long time for Brunhild to open up to people, but when she does, she becomes much warmer, kinder, and friendlier to them. Her Wind Eagle, Axel, is the only one who truly knows her. When Brunhild is angry, she turns red and starts speaking authoritatively in a sharp, rumbling voice. When she speaks normally, though, her voice is monotonous and low. ETHICS Her Father was her mentor since she was six, and taught her everything. From proper morals to survival, he made sure she'd be prepared for the future in case he would not be there when she needs him. She believes that the words of the older or the wise should always be honored and brought into thought when deciding on things. She also believes that a rider and an eagle share a very close bond that should never be severed, which means that they should never be too far apart. Brunhild is not fond of love, and thinks it's a rather confusing concept that should not be tampered with. If love comes, it comes. Best not to look for it. She dislikes it greatly when people disrespect higher ranks or elders, and always tries her best to defend those who are treated badly. She hates seeing the innocent in pain. LIKES Brunhild is completely enthralled with water, especially the rain. She enjoys flying around with Axel, Glasswork, archery, and traveling. She likes walking by the Twin Lakes at night, when she cannot sleep. She also loves to explore, and learn new things. Although she can tolerate all kinds of personalities, she cannot stay silent if she is amidst highly conceited or pompous people. DISLIKES Brunhild is secretly afraid of pitch-black darkness. She absolutely abhors rude or disrespectful people, and is not fond of people who make jokes of her, or mentions something of her past. Although it's partially her fault, Brunhild does not like it when people misunderstand or misjudge her as a heartless and uncaring person due to her cold attitude. HISTORY Brunhild was, miraculously, an only child. Her mother was a sickly woman, and when she gave birth to twins, Brunhild was the only survivor. Her mother then died after her labor. Brunhild's father took care of her, and taught her everything she needed to know at a very young age, like riding a Wind Eagle, hunting, and using a bow and arrow, and other worldly knowledge. Brunhild's father was killed in an unknown accident when she was merely 13, but due to his early teachings, she was able to look out for herself. But due to being alone most of her life, Brunhild is extremely introverted, cold, and lacks proper social skills to be able to quickly make friends or long-term relationships. She is also secretly insecure of herself, but does her very best to be authoritative, brave, sharp, and good. TRAINING & SKILL POINTS

It was constructed by her father for her on her eleventh birthday. Aluminum arrows - Typical arrows made of aluminum. It came with her composite bow from her eleventh birthday. POSSESSIONS Crocheted money pouch – An intricately sewn rainbow-colored money pouch that her mother used to use. Her father claims that it’s magical, and can keep your money safe no matter what. Black Rucksack - A simple little rucksack that Brunhild used to wear on her back when she was young, but is now secured around her waist. It was a gift from her father. She uses it to keep some food and other necessities that she may need in her travels or daily routines. Gray Waterskin - A thick, gray-colored Waterskin that Brunhild uses to store water. She keeps this in her rucksack along with her other needs. Glass-blown Orb – A maroon-red glass marble that was given to her by her father when she was twelve. She usually wears it around her neck, but sometimes she rolls it around her hand when she's nervous. The marble is the Ambros' family heirloom, dating back to the first ever Ambros who made the glasswork marble. HOUSING Brunhild owns an Aerie in the Eagle Aeries of Wind Reach, well-equipped with her Wind Eagle's nest, a hearth, a bedroom containing one single mattress, a kitchenette, a long lounge chair, and a dining area for two. WIND EAGLE  NAME: Axel GENDER: Female AGE: 19 (Human years) HEIGHT/WEIGHT: 11 feet tall, 1000 lbs. PHYSICAL APPEARANCE: Axel has the natural raven-black feathers that have a hint of iridescent midnight blue shine, but has dark slate blue plumage and head feathers. He has a grayish yellow beak, and golden talons. He also has bright ruby-red eyes. PERSONALITY: Axel is very supportive and trustworthy, and always tries to throw in a little humor when Brunhild isn't feeling very well. She has a great sense of humor, but most of the time, she is serious and constantly speaks of the teachings of Brunhild's father. Axel knows Brunhild's past the best, and is the only one who truly understands her. The Wind Eagle always tries her best to help Brunhild become more positive and cheerful, but nonetheless finds her nonchalance rather amusing. Axel is very skeptical and doubtful of newcomers and strangers, and like Brunhild, it takes a long while for her trust to be completely gained. |
