Criminal Enterprises in Sunberth

So Roscoe was in Sunberth for almost all of his life, from 490 til the beginning of the summer of 510. From summer 508- summer 510, Roscoe had something of a small gang of fellow crooks who did various small time crimes with him, as well as connections/cohorts throughout the city. What I am looking for are any and all characters interested in doing flashbacks to that period. Particularly flashbacks of the criminal variety, whether that's just discussion or actually going and doing stuff. And of course I'm open to other interactions as well, just those take precedent.

For anyone interested, he was also in Zeltiva from late summer 510-winter 512, and syliras from spring 512- mid spring 514.
